Crystal was AMAZING!!! I needed a battery but no other location would put it in for me, I tried 3 different locations and they all told me it would be too difficult and they couldn't do it. I called Crystal, expecting the same response and she told me to bring it to her so she could take a look. I get there and there was a young man that was willing to try, but he couldn't figure it out, so Crystal came out and in a matter of like 5 minutes, my battery was in and I was on my way. Just AMAZING customer service, she deserves 3 raises since 3 other stores weren't even willing to try. In a world where customer service barely exists anymore, she deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded! Thank you Crystal!!😊

Have a older blazer 03 work truck.. Needed transmission fluid...calls for dextron 3 (III) Grabbed dextron 6 (VI) asked the kid at the counter to check if dextron 6 would work..he looked it up and said no I need dextron VI.... laughed and said sweet I grabbed the VI.. won't be buying part's from here🙄

Staff is usually pleasant & professional. Went here to my battery checked and ended up having the battery checked and head-light replaced without hassle. Great service & the gentlemen was happy to help.

I was having an issue with the door lock on the passenger door suddenly not being able to unlock the car doors. It could lock them, but couldn't unlock them. One of the guys who works there came out and spent probably 10-15 minutes trying to help me trouble shoot the problem. He was so nice and willing to help! (Ended up being the door switch that our mechanic had to deal with) 🙄

He told me he was not allowed to do the service for me, did show me where I needed to insert my product. I went home with his instruction and with reading the can instructions and BAM!! I HAVE COOL AIR!! I had an appointment on Friday to pay the dealer $189.00 to do what I did!! Thank you Scott for awesome customer service . I have visited many Auto Zones around Columbus and have always been treated nicely. This is the first time I felt the need to complete a review!!!❤❤❤❤❤AutoZone!
