What an incredible experience we had at the Rh Outlet with Stewart and Denise. We furnished our new home in stages and the staff quickly learned our style and helped make suggestions for our space. They would even send pictures of pieces that came in that we may be interested in. Their customer service is top notch and they take great pride in their product. We were so happy at our last store visit as we purchased 6 white dining chairs that we had been admiring for some time. I was hesitant to purchase them knowing they would show dirt/ stains. However, Stewart quickly put me at ease by demonstrating how to clean the performance fabric. This is just one of many examples of his incredible service. I highly recommend RH Outlet to anyone who wants high quality furniture for a fraction of the retail cost. I love every piece that we purchased and the incredible staff who helped make it happen.

Stock is ALWAYS exactly the same. Why does the staff act like and treat people like they are superior? Sorry hunny, it’s an outlet store, try and be happy. I have purchased four nice pieces over time, but be careful for damaged items as they are not forthcoming.

I’ve had horrible customer service here multiple times and swore I would never go back. That being said we were forced to get a couch same week so outlet stores were our only option. The first time we walked in we were there for 30 minutes with not one person to even look our way or say hello. Next week we went back to see the new arrivals and same thing. No one says hello. My wife then asked if anyone could help us and that’s when we met the “manager” Stewart. Who talked to my wife about the pieces she liked and tried to pressure us to put them hold because they wouldn’t last. I wanted to look elsewhere because it killed me to imagine spending money at such a horrible place. We went to five other stores and they all greeted us as we walked in. Unfortunately the wait time to order a couch was way too long for our time frame. After no other options I went back 10 days later to purchase a couch and chair we originally saw with Stewart. This is would be the only time I would be greeted in the store by a man named Ryan who was super nice and helpful. I took the chair that day and told them I would come back for the couch. A few days later I walked in to pick up the couch. Waited 10 minutes while everyone stood around doing nothing. My father (who was there to help me get the couch) walks in and was magically immediately greeted by Stewart. After a back and forth Stewart then realized I had spent $8k over the weekend and wanted to tell me how sorry he was that I had been repeatedly given bad customer service. That apology fell on deaf ears as his explanation was comical. When I got home my wife called up there for an explanation and Stewart then began to lie over and over about the situation. We then asked for a supervisors number and he said he couldn’t give that information out. I can promise you we will never spend another dollar there and our whole house is RH furniture. Never again!

First, the gallery associates are amazing! They were so helpful and kind when accommodating us at the gallery. I do love this place and have made the 2+ hour drive from Indianapolis several times, but probably won’t do it again after this last time. It used to be better than what it is now in my opinion. There’s only big furniture pieces now as opposed to before it being a little bit of everything. Hauling big pieces of furniture back to Indianapolis is not viable unless we were to drive a large truck over. And even then you never know what’s there so it could be a wasted trip. The prices used to be a lot better than they are now as well. Overall, they aren’t marked down as much as they used to be.

First of the the store is nice and the staff is too. You have to really look to find something worth the money. The only things we have purchased were clearanced. They were like 90% off so an okay deal. The other thing that was very unique was a gramophone that uses a cell phone for the music. It was really a fun thing to buy at also a clearance price. Anyway if you pick through from time to time you can find some things that are worth it but only if clearanced.

Love shopping here! Staff is friendly and they always help me find or order what I'm looking for. Trucks come every Thursday so the furniture inventory stays fresh! Prices are reasonable, especially when you can get first quality pieces.

Only a few of the employees are friendly. The rest are very snobbish and not very helpful. While we have found some decent deals there, our latest experience soured our desire to shop there. We had an eye on a piece of furniture there with an additional 25% off storewide, but decided to hold out for a better sale. Recently, everything went on sale for 40% off and we decided to head back to make our purchase. Come to find out that they increased the "outlet price" by $1600 from the price 2 weeks prior and it ended up costing more than the price at 25% off. They are allowed to price their merchandise however they want, but be wary of the 40-50% off storewide sales because they are not always the better deals.

Fantastic experience every time. Wide inventory selection. Staff are super friendly, authentic and helpful. Offer up sound advice and take the time to understand what you are looking for and will look up what in their inventory might work or if not, direct you to the online store. So wonderful that we have this outlet in the area and people who take a genuine interest in you.

I love this store! The staff is amazing! They called me and texted me when a dining table was available during the thanksgiving holiday! I was even able to get their third party delivery company to deliver the table within the same night! I bought such a beautiful dining table at such a good deal!!!
