Clean and friendly, helpful staff... But they've been out of our dogs Purina One dog food the last couple times.(we had to go to a competitor to find some).

This place should not be allowed to groom your pets. Would never take any animal to see a groomer here. My mom's two dogs were injured by petsmart groomers. One incident her dog was not being supervised jumped off the table. And her trachea was crushed. She did not survive. Her other dog was cut so badly by the clippers he needed stiches. Stop taking your pets to be groomed here. Local groomers are way better. As far as findings my pet needs here... They usually have what I need. Ocasionaly things are out of stock. Nice/ friendly staff.

What happened? When this location was on Ferguson Road, it was a pleasure. I could always find what I was looking for and saw smiling faces on the helpful staff. Now here at Western Hills Plaza, there wasn't any engagement from the staff until checkout. The selection of dog food has shrunk while the prices have gotten higher since the move. Sad to say but I most likely won't be shopping Petsmart to often anymore.

Need a Pet supply NOW? Can't wait for Amazon prime to do a two day delivery? PetSmart has those items ready for you to pick up, just order ahead! I needed a very large dog harness for my puppy, his collar was choking him on our walks. I also found some doggie hoodies for him 😁 Very happy with the in-store selection of products and toys!

Grooming salon used some fragrant spray on his face leaving him with red runny eyes for 3 hours after and his face smelled like perfume. Only took him there because I had a free puppy bath coupon which they did not honor because I scheduled online and chose bath and brush. I didn't see a choice for puppy bath but no consideration was given by staff. For $50 I'll take to an independent groomer next time.
