Worst experience I've ever had at any Family Dollar. The store was a disaster. The cashier was lazy and rude. Management let's panhandlers hang out in the front of the store so you have to deal with that when you enter and leave. My advice is avoid this store guys!

I had a pretty good experience at the family dollar store on West 65th and CLARK AVE.My only complaint is at times this place gets EXTREEMLY busy and they need to open up more than just one cashier lane and stop having their customers wait in line for an extended period of time.Last but not least, their employees could also be a little bit more happier instead of looking and acting miserable waiting for their shift to end so they can get the HECK out of Dodge PERSAY., LORD HAVE MERCY...

They did not sell me a sweater because it was only 40 minutes after opening and if they give me change for a $50 they won't have any more change. Really? It was $19. So you don't have a $20, a $10, and a $1???? Really? Rude employees. I told them I won't go there anymore and I won't. They can keep their stupid store to themselves. I think they can't do math... lol. Maybe they thought it was a lot of change 🤔

Todays visit Oct 18th, 2021 was very pleasing. I was friendly greeted by Cashiers/Service Clerks. Store was clean. Found everything I needed. No long lines and was pleased with all services.

The line is always long. Nobody's ever up front. I watch people shoplift as I'm shopping. Loud employees that are Alway yelling and on them phone's while ringing me out. They don't have king size cigarettes. Probably the worst one on the westside.

Wow ... Glad I didn't go to the Family Dollar near where I live... They has fully stocked shelves so I was able to purchase everything that I wanted and needed. Thanks Family Dollar staff at this location.and the manager came to my rescue when my FD app wasn't working properly to check the prices.

I could tell you need help, the isles were littered with cartons of stock to go on the shelves. But that employees that I did talk to where very nice.

I have always had a very good experience with this store. Clean, well lit friendly staff, service is always great. This is for corporate HQ, restock coming from warehouse bites, meaning that I noticed some items have not been replenished at a steady rate. This has nothing to do with the local employees because if there's no stock in the warehouse then the employees cannot stock the shelves. The reason for this is stock at other locations for the same items was also depleted at 5 area stores, this means a supply glitch.

Very neat and organized. The employees are very friendly and everything is well stocked plus they have very great deals. I love buying my fabric softener there too better than dreft and I like it more than snuggle its 2.85 and called ensueno try it out.
