Very friendly service with an educated employee here at all times. Had went in to buy a charger cord. Works perfectly. Nice staff. No problems at all. Fast service. No line. Great Job!! I'd recommend friends to get their phones here.

Great store and they actually know what they're doing. I was greeted with kindness and solutions immediately upon conveying the problem to them. They weren't like the previous three stores one on coit and spring valley and the other one on spring valley and coit that turned me away demanded money and was very rude and onion pathetic. Sammy at this location stands out above the rest and I will recommend everybody to come here.

Straight laziness is the Moto at this store, horrible customer service and not the most knowledgeable either. The "mobile expert" thought my Nokia 7.1 wasn't capable of 4G LTE just because it said e at the top corner and he couldn't find the 4G option

I had a very positive experience with Sammy and Sam today. They they were very helpful in transferring all the information from one phone to another and they also helped a friend of mine to get her new phone set up as well. Every time I come in here they are nothing but Pleasant and extremely helpful.

This is the BEST Metro around!!! Sammy is GREAT.. he is always helpful and kind. Greets you with a smile. Sam is great as well he always helping out to get the job done!

They add random non refundable fees, and whatever was entered in the system was less than what I was charged (by 10+ dollars). Steer clear of this, because they put you on a postpaid plan even if you ask for a pre-paid card even if there isn't actually such a plan.

Sammy and Sam are the best. They work till the problem is solved. They are amazing. I will continue to use METRO and their store because of service.

My husband and I had a horrible experience at this location. I had just joined Metro PCS earlier in the week at a different location and we stopped in this one to consider having him sign on to a family plan and get a new phone as well. The sales representative who I believe was managing at the location that day came over to help us and when I told him that I just joined in that I was aware of the current promotions and I indicated what phones we were looking for he not only lied and told me those weren't current promotions , which I confirmed they were when we went back to my original location and had my husband doing there. On top of that he didn't listen to what I told him we needed based on what we were trying to accomplish and tried to get us to purchase a phone that was four times the amount of the kind of phone that we told him we wanted. I've been in sales throughout my life and I understand the need to close a sale when you work for a commission but lying and not listening to your customers is not the way to get it done. I would drive the extra distance to the location on Maple Avenue to get good service for stealing with the kind of sales rep that was at this location.
