We had a last minute phone emergency. We were flying out of town and the phone that my husband ordered online as a gift didn't arrive like it was supposed to. We were calling around trying to find another the night before. Sam really went out of his way to help us and give us a good deal. He even tried his best to match the pricing we got online. I had no problems until now. I wish the other young gentlemen was there who got deported. He always took care of the customer's. As of today they lost a customer I will be going to spend my money else where. Don't waste your time its false advertising at boost mobile.
