This is a really nice Lowes. It's huge, well lit, clean, and has a huge inventory of Home improvement goods. We haven't been to this particular Lowe's in a long time and we forgot how nice it is.

Very disappointed with the delivery. They did not put the levelers on the dryer so it shakes and it’s an inch lower than the washer. Have attempted numerous times to get this problem rectified. Have spoke with four different managers but they don’t get back to you. I will not buy appliances here again. Very poor customer service. They don’t answer the phone and they will put you on hold for thirty minutes and not check to see if you’ve been helped.

I ordered 13 windows back in April to replace my old ones, they were to be delivered 1st week of July. They called 2 weeks ago and said there was a delay and wanted to know if I still wanted them…I said I did. 2 weeks go by, I call to check status and they tell me they canceled my order a week before, without letting me know. Then, they tell me I can come in and pay and reorder but it will be at least 70 days to receive. I am so pi$$ed right now…

I would have never felt compelled to review a large chain hardware store before today, but I received impeccable customer service today from Sergei, who helped to cut, carry, and transport new drywall to my car. And then when it still didn't fit, he helped me cut it again. It is great service like that that makes a customer want to come back.

We recently purchased carpet and vinyl plank flooring with installation for our entire house through Lowes. We had an amazing salesman, Keegan, who went above and beyond to help us with this large project. Keegan was responsive in problem solving a situation with our flooring choice and ensuring that we did not have any delays in our installation. The installers were on time, professional and very knowledgeable about flooring products and installation. I highly recommend this team and our floors look amazing.

This is perfect hone improvement store and located near the Polaris parkway. Easily visible from the main road. It’s the big store and you will get all the home improvement goods. It has also big garden area where you get all the garden related stuff. The associate are friendly and helpful. If you are near this place then it’s must go for your hone improvements.

Ed in appliances has an explosive temper toward customers! Our gorgeous new washer and dryer. GE ultrafresh. We bought at Lowes. The sales man Ed at Polaris was nice while we were buying but as soon as purchased he was incredibly rude. For example we asked him to measure the depth to make sure it fit after we paid. He said you'll find out when you get it or look it up online. His behavior worsened after delivery and it was not installed as paid for. We called at 10am and asked him to send appliance service back to do job. They had not installed as paid for. He refused to call to do so as he was busy with other customers. We called back two hours later. He was angry and told us he would do when he could do it. Two hours later we decided to go into Lowes to be a in store customer to get attention to be addressed. Ed was too busy for four hours and still was too busy - there were no customers in appliances and two other associates with him on duty. He said he would do it when he decided to. He was belligerent and hostile. It was shocking. He told us he was not going to do it now. He would do it when he wanted to take care of it. My dad asked him to call about it now. We had waited for four hours and then came into store for him to make a simple call. We already waited for delivery date with no installation. Another disappointing issue with Lowes. Ed threw his arms up nearly hitting my dad. He yelled at us and said he was not going to help us at all. Now he was the man that sold us 3K in merchandise just the other day.. He stormed away like a violent teenager. His behavior was shocking and uncalled for. LIke an unhinged person you read about. It was very upsetting and we felt threatened and disliked for unknown reasons. Honestly if he can't take the pressure of the job, he should retire. He told us he was done with us as he stormed off. It was a crazy reaction and really startled us. The store manager fixed the situation and we kept the pair. The store manager and other employees were wonderful. Because we were really upset with being treated so badly we almost sent them back. We were really prepared to return the product as it was such a bad experience to associate with our washer and dryer for years to come. The washer and dryer set is beautiful despite the customer service. The Manager on duty made up for the awful treatment we suffered. But I still will never forget this experience with Ed. He was enough to cause a person to be afraid to shop at Lowes. Could give a person traumatic stress. We are still rattled by his behavior. My father is 87 years old and the man yelled at and nearly hit my father with his arms as he threw them up in the air with anger. Just unbelievable, I know. Why be hateful to customers who want to spend their money? Why be mean to customers at all? My sons did not want me to post this as Ed knows where we live and he was that unhinged. But I was so distraught from what occurred, I had to post my experience.
