Customer service is horrible. I asked someone to help me told him what I wanted he mumbled something and walked away. He walked by me again and I again asked him a question about availability on an item. I waited for over 5 minutes then walked around and I saw him standing in an aisle with a friend and they were on their phones.

Ordered online for store pickup. I got to the store was told I had to go all the way to the back of the store to pick up my order. There were no signs posted for this. I have sever asthma and wanted to use the battery powered buggy, It was dead, they only have 1 for the entire store. There was no way I was going to be able to make it all the way to the back of the store, Honestly if I wanted to walk all the way to the back I would have just came to the store to shop instead of pick up in store. This is really inconvenient especially for someone with breathing issues. Please fix this and make more convenient. Thank you

The fake news story about the 11% rebate puts all the work on you. They should just lower their prices and stop with the fake advertising. It's a bit annoying. Also one of the worst laid out stores ever. It's impossible to find anything in this place.

Every employee there seemed dumbfounded. The online order pickup - spent 10 minutes waiting for someone, then someone gave me a ticket and walked away to never return. After waiting 10 minutes I asked another desk what I should do, they told me to drive around back to pickup the order. I had other items in my cart so I went up front to check out, the card reader would not read my chip card (my card was good, the machine was damaged...) the cashier just looked at me dumbfounded like she didn't know what to do, so I suggested she try using the barcode reader on her keyboard, she said "oh, I don't know if that works, I guess I can try" she tries, does not work. She continues to look at me dumbfounded and at a loss of what to do next lol. I suggested 'maybe call someone over to help?' - "oh yeah, I can do that", she flips on her light - another 5 minutes go by with other customers qued up, she says nothing to them - completely oblivious. Finally a senior employee shows up, inserts my card uniquely and tells the cashier to press buttons and walla, it works. The senior employee tells me 'This one got hit by lumber a couple days ago and is a bit brain dead now', not sure if he was referring to the card reader or the cashier, but there was 8 other closed lanes, why put this lady on the one that doesn't work... I felt like I was shopping in the twilight zone, everyone was braindead there.

6 people waiting on returns. Waited for 10 minutes without any line movement. No one called for assistance. The return process is rough and not worth your time standing in line. I think it is designed to be that way to discourage returns. I will never shop here again. (Attn Corporate or manager types: it’s not the cashier’s fault. Hire more people and streamline your return process.) I’m off to Lowe’s.

Nice and kind folks willing to help you and guide you towards what you need. Thanks guys. I will always recommend this store for all your in-house purchases.

It always looks so lovely on the holidays! It was a regular place Deb and I would go. Deb loved this place. I still come in here sometimes, although it hurts my heart because she is no longer here. I still come and look around. Also, I bought my dad his refrigerator here together with Deb. I still come to buy Diamond dog food for Tyson. 😊

Very nice, loads of products. I can't wait to get items for my house. Looking around I noticed not only are there household items but there is also food items. Variety of food items as well for pets and pet outfits. Go and explore and see what you may find. Awesome customer service. I give them 👍🏽 Two Thumbs Up and More.
