"banning me from store.., because my service dog is too aggressive" We have been going to this location since it opened. Never because it's a good location, it's within walking distance simply put. Service has gotten worse over the years. Yesterday I spent almost 20 minutes in line because the new cashier couldn't figure out how to cancel a transaction. Then I was told it may be another 15 minutes. I calmly put my sprite zero back in the cooler and walked down the street to speedway. At about 16:00 hours today I was waiting patiently in line with my service dog. A fire truck drove by and she barked twice. She was getting antsy for the water I was buying her. She was sitting and wagging her tail., When I was told that we were no longer allowed to come to this location because my service dog is aggressive. Everyone in this neighborhood loves her. The customers were shocked, I explained that she always comes in with me she is "my service dog, and you can't refuse me service". While this was going on a woman next to me asked for keys to the bathroom because she was pregnant and really needed to go."We don't have a bathroom.., and I will talk to you when I am done dealing with this a$$hole" Completely unprofessional is an understatement. Almost every time stopping here third shift has signs on the door saying "temporarily closed" or "on break" for several hours every night. I've given up coming here. Just don't say 24 hours if you're going to have signs up between 12am-6am refusing service most nights.

Either the pumps don't work at all or you have to pre pay inside. And the Kroger loyalty card points never work here. There is a Giant Eagle gas station a block north of here that is great.

Very slow service, clerks make their own rules, some won't sell beer before 6 if they don't feel like unlocking the cooler. None of the employees have any sense of urgency, if two are behind the counter only 1 will cash out customers. Very slowly. Seems like poor management for the entire staff to operate this way.

I've had some great experiences with most of the employees. When I went in on a Saturday, the man in front of me had left the store but his order was still on the card reader. I motioned toward it and the cashier went to press something on the card reader but didn't say anything. I hit the cancel button since it was not my order and I wanted to pay for mine. He bursts out and exclaims that the man before me had not paid. So basically this cashier let the guy in front of me not pay and leave (lol?). Then he goes on a rant and charges the previous guy's order to my card. Unbelievable lol, last time coming here.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! I went in tonight to get a drink and the security guard had his hand on his gun the entire time. I was the only one in the store and was in there for a total of 5 minutes. I was not doing anything suspicious but he stared me down and did not take his hand off his gun. He made creepy remarks to me and I felt very unsafe. When I left he pressed his face against the door and watched me get in my car and leave. Very creepy, I will not be returning in fear that one day he gets a little trigger happy.

You can’t use your Kroger points at this Turkey Hill. The loyalty system has been down for months and they do not provide receipts at the pumps.
