WHBM has awesome collection, but one of their staff at the Polaris Mall location is very rude. Two times in a row that lady treated us differently than other customers. She was also rude to me because of my 1 year old daughter, as she was running around in the store.

The customer service in this store is beyond amazing. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable about their product and with current trends. Long story short, I needed a dress for an event over the weekend, and of course I went in friday at about 7pm. In less than 45 minutes I had a dress, shoes, a cardigan sweater, and accessories all that matched perfectly. I got sooo many compliments on my outfit. The quality of merchandise is superb. Highly recommend this store to everyone I know!
