Pizza was hot and delicious, we also ordered the buffalo wings. The food was great. I did carryout and their lobby is closed but they have a drive thru window to pick up your order. We sat there for a few minutes before we were noticed. So possibly install a door bell so customers dont have to wait or call the store to let you know were there. But all in all it was a pleasant experience

Order was late, driver apologized, I was offered a credit. No big deal. I try to use the credit a few days later and I'm talked to like I'm stealing from them or something and was offered nothing. I'll never eat papa John's again.

Placed my online order for carry out, get to the window to get my pizza and there is a sign that says your horn is our buzzer, don’t be afraid to honk. So I sat there honking for a good 15-20 min, the Girl and guy finally came out of back, so she comes to window to tell my total, I ask her for extra peppers and the seasoning packets she tells me 60 cents and 10 cents I then said to her “are u really telling me to pay for it after had to wait for y’all? Long story short she argued with me was very very rude and when I got home my pizza was messed up! By the way she was a “manager”. Your not ALLOWED to have any hand written signs anywhere in corporate business, the customer is always RIGHT and u should NEVER argue! Horrible horrible Custer service! All bc of the one girl “manager” I will drive to the papa johns 2 miles away from me to prevent another unpleasant experience or almost slap a girl through the window moment!

I ordered Philly cheese steak pizza from airway road location,wen I got home I opened the box it was horrible it looked like a cheese only pizza .there was no steak at all on it like three or four lil pieces.never again will I order a pizza from airway Rd store in Dayton Ohio now I know why the buy one get one was offered ,they skimp on the toppings and u end up eating all dough and cheese.never again and I'm passing the word.
