Excellent service from John at Perfect Touch Upholstry. The original manufacture at Bars and Booths wanted almost $1000 for only the piece of replacement vinyl for the seat of our booth! John did an expert repair at a fraction of the cost with thicker vinyl than originally used. He was accessible and delivered on time. I would definitely go back.

Guessing they lost my chair. Went in many times and guy would tell me he would find it. Never did. Stinks because it was my late mother's. Just stay on him and time frame.

I don't know how this place stays in business. They never answer or return calls. My chair was there for months and months and I was getting panicked I'd never see it again. I was finally able to get it back when I left a message that I was coming toget it and they better be there. The guy tried to tell me he was getting divorced. Nothing had even been started. This was years ago and I dont think it's changed!

Dropped off greatgrandmothers chair to be repaired and re-upholstered. The week of June 11th 2016. I sit in front of the store December 2 2016. The chair is still sitting there, visible from the window not touched. Our phone records show 5 phone calls and no return calls inquiring about our chair,We just want the chair back .
