I will say the living room furniture I have is lovely and well priced. However I was told that I could not receive a print out of my payments when I came in to pay off my living room furniture. I paid what was quoted to not argue with the manager. However I was coming up 28th something different and when asked to explain why her response was I am not going to debate with you. Never once did I get loud our curse at her. I work in customer service and to ask a question to get an understanding is and should never be considered a debate. I am honest so I am not going to say I was always on time because I was not. However always paid my reinstatement fee and my records showed something far different. If asked would recommend this store, I would have to say yes, however keep all your records. To be quoted one price and then to pay something in two hours to be quoted something else is just not right. I own my furniture but I can not say it was a wonderful experience overall. That is sad when I work in the field of customer service.
