The building still has signs up saying “up to 70% off, reopening sale”. The prices were absurd and the customer service was okay. We didn’t have a chance to walk around alone because they kept pestering us and asking us to follow them. They informed that some prices are negotiable which is great given the tags on the items.

We have never had a bad experience here. Have bought almost 10g worth of furniture and zero issues that we haven’t brought on ourselves by moving or otherwise. Sal is amazing. The store was or is not going out of business. It’s a store wide liquidation or getting a bunch of new stuff in so 70% off!!! Love this store. Plan to return and soon!

The manager followed my friend and I around the entire time we looked at couches. Persistently clicking his pen to aggitate us then proceeded to follow us to the door. Was not helpful at all. Very rude .Big lots next door will get our business! If I could zero star this I would!

Got a great couch & loveseat here for a great price, AND this was the only place where the salesperson asked what I needed and then left me alone instead of hovering the whwho time! Not pushy, very responsive to the questions I did have.

I would never recommend this furniture shop to anyone. The quality of the furniture is terrible. Scratches, dents, and the fake finish on the furniture just peels off. For three weeks I have been trying to get my NEW furniture to look new. I was nice and understanding until the sales reps blamed me and even hung up on me one time because it wasn’t SAL’s problem. Coy also was rude and said there was nothing wrong with the furniture I sent back well that’s funny because I have the pictures to prove it. The only people who were even helpful were the guys who came and delivered the furniture. After coy kept saying he didn’t have night stands in the delivery man said they were at the warehouse he could have brought it that day. Then when I asked COY about it he lied and said oh they just came today, don’t try me the delivery man said they had been sitting there for days. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have worked in sales I know you are never to blame the customer perhaps I could give them a few tips. And the icing on the cake the repair man from furniture city was suppose to be here at 1:00 pm.. guess who still hasn’t shown up? I asked for a phone call from SAM the manager, never happened. I wish I could give zero stars.

I love my new furniture I got from Furniture City @ Woodman. Nice quality with great prices, absolutely love their customer service. Delivery service was prompt and very attentive to details, I will definitely shop there again
