Your typical target store. I generally do not like going to target, but often find myself there by happenstance. In this case, we went they are looking for a special dog food that their website said was available. When we arrived, it was not there. Still, the location is convenient and they carry a lot of stuff that makes shopping there easy. ~Ryan

Brought A cocktail table set. It was delivered. Assembled. But one of the tables were missing 2 screws.I called DJ"s. was given the run around. Them they stopped taking my calls. Owner wrote one amt. on my receipt another for their records.DO NOT let the Delivers leave BEFORE you check out your stuff, They will not FIX their mistakes.WONT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ~Cora

Do not buy from these crooks , I walked in and wanted to buy a sectional , I needed to be financed , so I filled out the application , I was approved for a set amount that amount wouldn’t of covered the total cost of said furniture , I did not purchase the furniture . Either the man or blond woman working created an account under my name and fraudulently using my information , this is Identity Theft . I hope this saves someone else from experiencing what I have ~Jill

Ordered a bunk bed. First delivery was already opened and had damage. S one assembly had already occurred so I believe this was someone else’s damaged return. The second delivery all the boxes were good, but the dresser had horrible build quality. It never should have left the factory in that condition. Pictures below. They wouldn’t deliver a new dresser for another 3 weeks. So I had to go return and pickup a new dresser as it was the first part required to build the bunk bed. I had spoken to store management and they assured me I would be receiving a follow up call from regional manager. I did not receive a call from anyone to resolve this issue. I recommend shopping any other local furniture stores other than Morris. Poor customer support. Poor furniture quality and quality control. ~philip

The service is above and beyond each time we go. The furniture is of excellent quality. It does cost more but well worth it. The place is spotless and everyone there wore a mask which I personally appreciated. The location is convenient and close to several eateries. They had 24 month financing at 0%. I love financing for free. ~Dan

The worst customer service. If you must rent to own your furniture, go elsewhere. This location may only have one person that truly knows what they are doing. I ask for a pick up date and they lied about picking up the furniture. The gentleman on the phone said he rescheduled another pick up date and time. The time has come and past. I called and was told I was never put on the schedule. You applied to a customer service position and act like it’s a burden to actually have customer service skills. Moving forward, I know if I’m ever in a situation where I need furniture, Aaron’s will not be a choice. ~jaquita
