Buyer BEware, we purchased a dining table last October 9, 2021, with an estimated delivery at the time of 6-12 weeks. We don't have the table. Although, when I visit the website now, Arhaus estimates delivery to occur in 9 weeks, for the same table, even though they know that's not possible. I was told, when I got though to Arhaus on the phone, that my delivery is now postponed to late February because the base is not available, as it it ships from China and the top is made in the USA. We were not proactively notified by Arhaus of this delay. How can they continue to offer the same table for delivery in 9 weeks, when I'll have to wait at at least 5 months. Arhaus, you need to be honest with your customers or stop advertising and collecting money on oversold merchandise until you can fulfill the orders that you have. Before I finally got through on the phone, we sent many emails requesting an update with no response. There is no excuse for not responding to customer emails. I am very disappointed in Arhaus and will not make another purchase with their stores. We had planned to furnish our new 5 bedroom (2nd) home with primarily Arhaus furniture. It's their loss, for what I consider unacceptable sales practice and poor follow-up customer service...

Very good quality furniture but also 2-3x the price of regular furniture stores. Staff was friendly and attentive.

We have spent tens of thousands of dollars on furniture from this store over the last 20 years. Just got an email that the furniture we ordered in November (and was promised within 4 months) will again be delayed due to “industry wide delays” until at least July. I know that delays are not uncommon currently but if you cannot deliver a product within a reasonable amount of time DO NOT SELL IT!!! Shut the store down until you catch up rather than have your salespeople play bait and switch with customers to keep the doors open. I shopped at both Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel yesterday and was given delivery times of 2 weeks and 6 weeks for furniture items I purchased. And don’t think their quality is less than Arhaus - it’s all over inflated moderate quality furniture.

I’m so very disappointed in recent experiences at this location. We love Arhaus and have made many, many purchases here. Sales staff provided a delivery date for items we purchased...when I called to find out when we could take delivery I was told...”oh, yours aren’t on our next truck. I don’t know when I can get them to you. We can try for the next truck. You know with COVID and all.” Really......that’s your excuse for deplorable customer service. The sales staff didn’t even bother to call and warn me the items wouldn’t be available as promised. STOP blaming Covid for your lack of service and recovery. I’m so very sad to say we will NOT be shopping at Arhaus again. I called corporate and received a voicemail with no return call. Message to us received. We shall shop elsewhere Covid or not. Sincerely,, 2 Frontline RNs

The service is above and beyond each time we go. The furniture is of excellent quality. It does cost more but well worth it. The place is spotless and everyone there wore a mask which I personally appreciated. The location is convenient and close to several eateries. They had 24 month financing at 0%. I love financing for free.

The customer service of this location is stunningly poor. We purchased an entertainment center in the middle of March and were told we would receive delivery in mid April. I received no communication as to the progress of the delivery until I initiated a call on around April 20. I was told that the furniture would be delivered later that week. I received a call from the delivery company and was told that there was damage and they could not deliver. The sales rep said they would ship a replacement right away and delivery would occur the following week. It did not. I had to call and email a repeated number of times. Finally delivery occurred. When the item was delivered, and unpacked (after I had taken apart my TV connections and taken apart the old unit) the team onsite said it could not be assembled based in the pieces that they had. So, they packed up the unusable pieces left half the unit in another room and left. It was another week and a day before they returned with the correct pieces and final assembly. It occurred May 24 a full month after promised delivery initially offered by the salesperson. While I understand that things happen, the lack of communication, number of reschedules, broken promises would lead mew to advise this is NOT a place to do business with. They make you pay 100% up front, which offers no leverage on the back end of the transaction (i.e. “we have your money so deal with our incompetence”). Simply put, the price does not match the customer service one would expect.

After two years my couch totally fell apart. Unfortunately it was pass the warranty. Artaud did offer to let me buy cushions at costs which were another $600. In the meantime I paid thousands for a couch that I’m ready to throw to the curb.

Really love this furniture. I own a cherry table I bought about 20 years ago. It great quality, just pretty pricey. Will be purchasing another piece from them soon.

Professional sales team, the product in the show room was comfortable. Very expensive. The white glove delivery is a complete joke. There is nothing white glove about it. I believe Arhaus must outsource the delivery to an outside company. They were unable to delivery the product due to the fact they use semi's and size of the truck was unable to fit. Not to mention, the delivery drivers wanted me you use my own truck and/or move the sofa over a long distance in sleet and gravel. Delivery did not happen.

Went there to look around at furniture. Rep was very nice and wasn't high pressure. Asked for quotes on about 6 couches and she didn't mind going back to get them each time. Didn't make a purchase that day, but said we may a few days later. Still were not able to make the purchase but she was very nice through the whole ordeal. I saw a review below that claims it's too overpriced. Arhaus sources their stuff from a single builder, have all solid wood frames (insured for life), and have good reviews online. Furniture like this has to be expensive, because you buy once, cry once.
