The worst customer service. If you must rent to own your furniture, go elsewhere. This location may only have one person that truly knows what they are doing. I ask for a pick up date and they lied about picking up the furniture. The gentleman on the phone said he rescheduled another pick up date and time. The time has come and past. I called and was told I was never put on the schedule. You applied to a customer service position and act like it’s a burden to actually have customer service skills. Moving forward, I know if I’m ever in a situation where I need furniture, Aaron’s will not be a choice.

I helped a retired vet get a new washer & dryer , he is very happy now, problem solved !! I drove him there & back, did not charge him a dime for gas !! Take care folks...

Marcus is a great mgr. And helps with any problems. Tanya and Ken are excellent employees also. I've been with this location for 12 years now. Never had a problem that they couldn't fix.

They showed me a couch that they wanted 1,800 for and said "it would be 3,000 anywhere else." Bob's furniture had the exact same couch for 1,000.

Been with Aaron’s now for 22 years the greatest employees in Dayton store goes out of their way to help I couldn’t ask for any better service from them and the delivery people are the friendliest and nicest guy thank you for being there when we needed you through the years

I have bought furniture, mattresses, pictures, tv’s, laptops, washer and dryers from this location thru the years. I have been advised to take out the club warranty for protection for the old and new purchases and the amount would be included in my monthly payment. Well my 60 inch LG Tv went out today and when I called the Miamisburg store where I purchased it for support, I was told by Sandy that my club account canceled last month. She said I paid the month before but not this month so it canceled. I ask to speak with Marcus the manager and was told he was on vacation , then asked to speak with Tanya and she was out too. I make the same payment by phone every month so when did it change??? I certainly didn’t cancel anything. As a long time customer I feel duped and played and I don’t trust this business anymore. With that said I would like to arrange for the pick up of the 3 pc Livingroom group I just purchased to own picked up immediately, I’ll just sit on the floor and look at my broken 60in tv.

Paid off an oven here. As well as a few other items. The oven is now broken just few months after paying it off. I paid $10 extra each month to have extended warranty for 6 months on said oven. Went in monday and signed papers to have the oven looked at or fixed. It's now friday and I still haven't got a call to set up an appointment for them to come fix this and honor their side of the deal. I will update this review as this situation plays out. Please have heart for those struggling. If I was wealthy.. I wouldn't have to go through place like Aaron's to get the appliances we need. I will be calling headquarters if this isn't addressed soon. So disappointing. Edit: Company/Store fulfilled warranty promises. Oven's motherboard had went out. They replaced oven with another. Thank you so much!

So First Off they harrass you more than rent a center does for some reason you pay at the beginning of the month and not the end two the installers who came to my place install the stand on my TV wrong not only that o e step on my ps4 and almost broke it I had to fix it myself strongly considering a lawsuit for harassment and or returning there stuff back which they would have to give me money back because it hasn't even been a month

I purchased a new king size mattress and box spring from Aaron's. I had issues trying to put together a metal bed frame that I had bought prior to my mattress being delivered. I felt totally clueless! However, Corey and a Victor saved me the headache of trying to put it together myself. I asked if they could show me and instead they did it practically for me. I didn't expect that because it wasn't a purchase from Aaron's, but they went the extra mile. It's the little things like that in life that go a long way with people. I appreciated their help so much and am so happy with my mattress purchase. The manager followed up with me before they left and this morning. Customer service goes a long way and I can say that I'm proud to be a customer of Aaron's. Thank you!!
