Great experience shopping for bedroom furniture. Dawn Patrick listened to my vision for the guest room and help me with my selection. Dawn assisted me with a replacement set since my dresser has been on back order since April. I will be back to repurchase my dream furniture again for the master bedroom.

We ordered couches last year and finally received them in March of 2022 due to shipping delays. Order order was wrong & I’ve spent the last 5 months trying to get it rectified. I’ve called over a dozen times & NO ONE can seem to get my order corrected. This company has absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I would NEVER order here!!!

Very long story short let’s start with the positive. The delivery crew was outstanding. They carried the items up stairs taking great consideration for the walls and did their job in a very professional manner all while keeping me updated with delivery times. The bad- defiantly not the couch that was picked out at the store. The one delivered is not only a different color but a cheaper model than the one we paid for. The couch was in plastic and I didn’t notice until after the crew left so shame on me for that but still frustrating. Also, having 6 salesmen standing in a circle discussing numbers out loud and talking commission is unprofessional. Was going to order a lot more but that’s not happening.

We ordered a table in November 2021 and received it early April 2022. It’s a very wobbly table. We were told we would receive parts to get it fixed within 7-10 days and then someone would come fix it. It’s now May 1st and we still haven’t received the parts. Customer service has been absolutely awful and told us we would get the parts when we get them. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of working with Rachel and John (pretty sure that was his name). They were both amazing, so friendly and helpful. Great customer service from both of them. They were so easy to talk to and they were not pushy at all. I felt welcomed and like I have known them for awhile, they had me laughing and smiling the entire time. I will be returning to this store and hope to work with these 2 again. Highly recommend!

Morris Home Furniture was recommended by my grandmother's neighbor since they did Mattress disposal. I will never suggest them to anyone.I Found a great bedroom set for my grandmother on-sale, located under the "sale" section. Made the purchase only to be emailed that it was a "mistake in online pricing " and I would have to pay the original price which was $500 more dollars. After going back and forth with the e-commerce team they honored the advertised price. Very inconvenient during the time that I had to deal with this. Here is the exact verbiage: Due to an error on our website we cannot complete this purchase at the pricing here. This set is selling for $1,999 + shipping and tax. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To complete this order we can apply to initial payment already entered here but would need to capture an additional payment over the phone for the difference.

I have to share how incredibly disappointed I am with the delivery service. I was able to schedule my appointment for a convenient time, Saturday. I received 3 reminder texts, 2 reminder voicemails, and 4 reminder emails all confirming my date & time with some additional reminders. So on the day my furniture was to be delivered I go to track my delivery and the date has been changed without notifying me. A date and time I cannot be there. Only when I went online to access the “chat” feature did I get a text about the change. I’m the customer that spend a great deal of money purchasing their product. Why do they change my delivery date without a 48 hour notice as I’m required or I am assessed a fee?

Ordered a bunk bed. First delivery was already opened and had damage. S one assembly had already occurred so I believe this was someone else’s damaged return. The second delivery all the boxes were good, but the dresser had horrible build quality. It never should have left the factory in that condition. Pictures below. They wouldn’t deliver a new dresser for another 3 weeks. So I had to go return and pickup a new dresser as it was the first part required to build the bunk bed. I had spoken to store management and they assured me I would be receiving a follow up call from regional manager. I did not receive a call from anyone to resolve this issue. I recommend shopping any other local furniture stores other than Morris. Poor customer support. Poor furniture quality and quality control.

I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at this location!! My boyfriend and I worked with John and we had the best experience. He was extremely helpful throughout our buying process. He didn't BS us, gave us honest options on the different furniture we were looking at, and best of all, he didn't breathe down our necks as we were browsing. He gave us the space we wanted but was right there to answer any and and questions that we had. He was very detailed when explaining our purchasing paperwork and we walked out feeling extremely confident with our purchase. Bob, the manager, was also great and very willing to help!! We had such a great experience and will definitely be back!
