Showed up at 12:15 on Saturday with multiple other customers and they were closed. Have tried to come by multiple times during the week and there is always a sign saying closed for an hour l.

Always a positive experience with this location. Been using this location since 2010. I think in life you get whatever intention you put out into the world. I expect to love and care about people whether they give it back to me. We have to be the good in the world no matter what. God wins!

Good when they open on time. Every time when I come at 7:30 they are never open. Never. I wait 5-10 minutes then I have to go to work. Others sitting and waiting also. Locked up tight. You can't run a business like this. Someone may need to be checked on. I am Here now and will be leaving as it is 7:36 am. The gated area still closed and no signs of life. Update 10/5. Sitting here at 8:30 in the morning with 3 other cars and the building is locked up tight. No activity in store. Downgrading from 2 stars to 1 star till this issue is fixed.

Ups lost my $2000 porsche rim/tire and refuse to pay complete replacement cost. Insurance is for damaged goods., not for ups incompetence. How can you lose something this big, and screw the customer who paid you to deliver his item? use Fed ex Because I used this store, I had to deal with him for claims. After 4 visits concerning lost wheel/tire, he still had not contacted me. I had to contact corporate for an answer

Do you people who are complains about the drivers have nothing to do with the UPS store. The UPS store franchises have no connection to the UPS drivers, they are a deprecate entity all together. So if you have driver or lost package problems, it’s not the UPS stores fault. Call UPS and complain to them and stop having the store pay for the sins of the drivers and they have nothing to do with them. Please.

The lady and the young guy are so hateful. They have attitudes and are so impatient when they are waiting on people. I seen them treat old people like garbage because they're having trouble finding their return codes instead of helping them like any decent human would. They are just horrible people altogether. I don't like or trust them and they make me feel unwelcome every time.

HORRIBLE customer service! They delivered my package to the wrong address, and then all of a sudden they come 3 days later to the correct address to deliver but need a signature so they don’t deliver the package. The store had no idea when the driver would get back and told me I would most likely have to wait another day for the package to be delivered, mind you I work and the package was in my boyfriend’s name. The woman on the phone tells me to call her back around 5pm I tell her I’m at work so if I can’t my boyfriend will, this happens and she tells him that we would have to pick the package up the next day if the driver didn’t get back that night. So I call back because I’m confused on why in the world I have to continue waiting because they failed to deliver to the right address. I call and speak with the same woman who starts the conversation with “we’re double teaming her”, I inform her that I told her he would call but I need clarity because I’m not waiting another day. She continuously talked over me, yelled and interrupted me to the point that I cursed at her and she hung up. I called back and asked for a supervisor and she informs me that she is the supervisor, I ask for someone over her and I speak with a man who begins defending her actions because “she’s hard of hearing” (in that case someone else should be working the phones) he then proceeds to lie and say that the package had the wrong address and essentially that’s what cause d the confusion not knowing that their driver called me the night before about the package, told me it would be delivered and read the address to me and I confirmed. They are immensely rude and need to change their profession if explaining their mistakes is an issue.

The lady was snobby in there when my dad went to drop off some packages in there for the post office to pick up. I been doing that for a year now and never had trouble. She said they are not liable for packages left there basically meaning that would steal something.....never using UPS again ever!

Called in with an unusual shipping request. Was met at the door with a welcoming demeanor and willingness to help. They went above and beyond helping me unload and getting my shipment processed. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

I would give this store minus stars if I could. Went looking for this store on Wednesday. Had a lot of trouble finding it. Rode around the parking lot looking at the signs where the gps said it would be. No UPS store. Pulled up google maps instead of Waze. Same thing. No store. Parked in the parking lot. Searched the web. Everything said the store was there. Gave up and was leaving when I glanced down. Wow! A UPS sign. On the ground. Apparently it had fallen down. Wanted to have mail forwarded to this store but the attendants weren’t sure what the best option would be so went home to mull it over with my husband. Now it’s Saturday. Went in to get a mailbox. Found the store, but only because I knew where it was. The sign was still down. There were two attendants. Neither knew how to open a new mailbox account. They said they couldn’t even call anyone to ask them how to do so. I mean... come on! Really?!? It’s a Mail solution store and there are two inexperienced people working the same shift and they can’t even open a new mailbox account! Really?
