Kayle took such great care of my order furniture. Her and John (Wilmington Pk store) are truly exceptional sales folks! They communicate with us through out the whole purchase and order. Since Rob has left, We now have two sales people that we can count on!!

Bought living room furniture in August 2021, about 3 months later electric recliner quit working. Service request placed and a technician from SAW came to “evaluate” the problem on December 6,2021. Said part needed to be ordered and would be mailed to our house and to call them and they would return to fix. Many calls later, part supposedly ordered but we haven’t seen it. It is now June, the recliner still doesn’t work. Would not recommend purchasing anything from Morris home furniture.

Me and my roommate were mislead repeatedly about service. From what certain services did to how long we had to return items, etc. One example, we were told we had 30 days to return any of the furniture we purchased and when I finally needed to actually return one piece of furniture, a different associate informed us we were never given that service and he doesn’t know why the other associate would have told us this. Needless to say I will never be at this Morris ever again and not sure if I will ever shop at Morris again after our experiences.

1 lie after another. Bought 10 grand worth of furniture from them and their delivery people bent up frames and can't get them to do anything about it. I am continually told it takes 72 hours for a supervisor to call you back but I've waited 6 days and still waiting. Please do not use this place. I won't even get into all the other lies and problems I've had with them

Worst experience ever-do not shop here !! Purchased a sectional on 1/22 and received a sectional with a return label that had been returned by another customer and the sofa had holes in it. The second one delivered came with a hole and tears. Three months later we received a new sectional with actual new tags on it. Make sure your furniture has tags or it is a returned item. Purchased a chair the same time that never came in and I was told the cost was returned on my cc card back in April only to find out that my money was never returned. Today June 8, I returned to the store and had to argue my way into getting my money back for a chair that never came in. I am glad I kept all my receipts and check my cc card. Stay away from this place!! Also they do not honor their warranties-found this out the hard way too.

DO NOT shop with Morris Home in Beavercreek. They will not deliver a full order and then play games with you to try and push you past the return window. Once you try and return they will be extremely rude and hang up on you. Then they'll call you from customer service and say they can do the return with a 25% restocking fee. I ordered a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench on May 21st. It was delivered on May 25th without the bench. I called to inquire about the bench and was told it was discontinued. I was then waiting 2 days for sales reps to try and find alternatives for the bench when I was told that they could special order the bench and it would be in sometime in August. We received a call from our sales rep on May 27th that if we decided to return in we would be hit with a 15% restocking fee. At no point prior to receiving half of the order on the 25th was I told that it would not be the full order so I went to the store and discussed the issue with the sales rep and management. I was told I could return it, they would waive the restocking fee OR I would be allowed to keep it in the box until August and even return it then if the bench never showed up. I told the manager that I would need to discuss keeping 3 large boxes unopened in our dining room for 3 months before I could go with the 2nd option and he said ok. They were suppose to put the notes in the computer and I would be able to make a return, instead I called today on June 1st and I was initially told that I was not allowed to return it and had to spend 2 hours talking my way through people to get a return only to be told it would be a 25% restocking fee. I have never received my full order. This can not be acceptable practice by any business.

We bought a 3 piece Flexsteel leather set and are very happy with the couch and loveseat. The rocker recliner chair is a complete lemon. We reported this in June 2021, a repair tech came to the house, documented the split in the leather and the bad controller in July 2021. We were told they were having trouble with their delivery team causing damage and they have since been replaced. We were told 2 parts were ordered and would be shipped to our house within 2-4 weeks. After several calls with customer care (absolutely useless) we were told the parts are still on order. In addition, the motor to recline groans loudly and there's a big clunk sound when you recline. Today, April 1, 2022, I was told the leather was never ordered because it's not a manufacturer defect and the other part is on order. I did not report all the other defects within the first year, so they won't do anything about them. The chair is a $1500. lemon and Morris Customer Service is a joke. We pay cash and have bought several items from them, but never again. Check out other furniture stores before buying from Morris, because they do not stand behind their furniture nor support their customers. They offered us $150. compensation and we took it realizing that's all they're going to do which is a shame.

We have always shopped with Morris and they are still our go to place for anything we need in our home. If ever there was an issue the mangers would go above and beyond to make things right. Thank you Morris for being the best and offering a wide variety of furniture.

I bought the Blair leather sofa at Morris, it arrived way before the expected lead time they gave me. People who are leaving bad reviews because of back orders, that is not their fault. Everywhere is back ordered, it’s just the climate we live in right now. The delivery guys were awesome, very nice and made sure everything was good before they left it. Great place to get furniture!
