This location usually moves fast. The hard shells I feel have been stale almost every time we have gotten them. 50% of the time I'm missing a taco! But things happen sometimes it's just frustrating even it does

I went with a friend who ordered two meals with one payment. After a very long wait we discovered that our order didn't get processed, but it was quickly remade. The employees were pleasant throughout the experience & gave us some free coupons for future use. Dietary restrictions: Taco Bell has done a fantastic job in recent years by creating a variety of menu items with vegetarian & vegan options.

Our food order wasn't correct. I carried it all inside to show them what was missing. Apparently even though I clearly stated 3 times that I wanted 1 grilled cheese burrito and I wanted the Grilled cheese deluxe box with a coke and no chipotle on my burrito. They didn't add on the box deal just gave me 2 grilled cheese burritos. I did not see the chili cheese roll up, it was underneath other food. Now as I'm explaining to 3 associates at the counter, the manager comes to the counter and tells me that he made the order exactly as I asked for. I disagreed. Then he grabs everything out of my bag and says " there is your chili cheese and if you want the box deal then you have to pay for it". He was loud and very rude. At this point my food was getting cold. So I told the manager that while he was putting together the box deal, he needed to replace the soft tacos, chili cheese and grilled cheese burritos that he grabbed up out of my bag. He was mad and went back to the grill area and was slamming and throwing things. His associates were embarrassed! Poor service!

Skyler handle order excellently. Was very funny and even though he gave me a doordash bag order instead of mine. I parked in parking lot to munch down on my grub come to realize it wasn't my order... immediately he walked out to my car. Long story short. I kept the doordash order and waited just another second till he came out with my proper order. And i got some free food and a laugh

This used to be the BEST Taco Bell when I lived in the area a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, they've noticeably gone downhill. On one of my recent experiences, I ordered a Nachos Bellgrande with extra cheese and extra tomatoes. They piled it with refried beans, and it just became a plate of slop. I also ordered the Baja Blast Freeze, and was given whatever the blue Freeze is. I sent in feedback and never heard back, so I finally called their toll free number to report the issue. On a more recent visit, I tried out their breakfast. I ordered a Toasted Breakfast Burrito, with no meat. They left the meat off, but also didn't give me any tomatoes. They were out of regular size cups, so they gave me two smalls. They had no breakfast salsa and no ketchup for the hash browns. The lady working the drive thru window seemed genuinely lost. Sad that they've fallen from being such an on-the-ball, accurate location.

Google says they shouldve been open at 7:45am when I went thru thier drive thru...but no one asked for my order thru the speaker. Drove around after waiting 3 or 4 minutes only to see an employee out in the parking lot talking with someone...

A very pleasant lunch, served by some of the friendliest staff you could ask for! The restaurant is neat and clean, the tacos were hot and fresh, and the soda pop fountain was fully stocked with syrups for the various flavors! I'll be back soon (especially when they restock the Mexican Pizzas!)

Horrible, I'd give less stars or even negative if possible. Upon arriving (drive thru) an employee told us that they were accepting cash only, no coupons or discounts of any kind, and doordash orders could go in front of us despite already waiting in line for 10+ mins. They then rattled off several dozen items that they were out of. LITERALLY DOZENS. They were read off so fast it was impossible to understand much less remember everything. After we (wife and I) settled on our food, ordered, and payed, we pulled up to the second window only to be informed they were also out of drinks. How is that even possible? Every single fountain drink is empty? Along with the freezes? Even the specialty drinks? How is this even possible? How do you not have water? How are they cleaning? What are the employees drinking? We had to get our money for the drinks refunded, keep in mind we paid in cash. They then informed us that they were out of change (coins). Which means that one of my refunded drinks costing $2.89, I got back $2.00 flat for. So basically I had to pay a dollar for a drink I didn't get. Multiply that times 2 to include my wife. Lastly when I asked for mild sauce, they laughed, said we're out of that too, and closed the window before I could respond or ask a follow-up question. Very strange experience. Also bad, but unusually strange. It was as if they were preparing to go out of business or close down for renovations. I don't know this, only explanation I have as to why Taco Bell would be out of 75% at least of their menu plus drinks entirely. -13 stars (negative thirteen stars).

I’ve really been with this place for a long time and I’ve never been disappointed.. But today I wanted to pitch the shop with some people working during the day while I walked in to pick up an order, I wait a long time before she throws me the customer's order and she doesn't care about the seal of the bag. sorry for comments like that but I love the people who work in the evening they do everything well thank you everyone !

Absolutely terrible. They are rude, rush you the whole time you’re ordering even when they have literally no one else in the drive thru, and talk to you like you’re nothing but a bother. Has messed up our order the three times we’ve ordered at this location. Throws our food in the bag so we just loose all the toppings in the bottom of it. Tacos are completely smashed. Just save yourself the trouble and go to another one….
