Store #3857 Miamisburg Ohio I ordered 80+ sheets of OSB to be delivered out of Beavercreek store last week. Beavercreek notified me this morning they could not fulfill the order and moved it to the Miamisburg store to be delivered tomorrow. I needed the OSB today and the roof was already in the tear off stage... no turning back at this point. The Beavercreek store directed me to the Miamisburg store stating once it is transferred they are unable to change the order. Upon calling the Miamisburg store i received a similar response claiming Beavercreek took the order and money so they have to do it. The Pro desk employee then said the service desk could possibly help me. Jennifer at the service desk stepped in. Facing the same issues as been stated before she didn't pass the buck. Jennifer worked diligently for a good hour and a half to turn my so far bad experience into a pleasant one. Several phone calls later between myself and dealing with upper management she got my payment transferred to the appropriate store and the OSB was picked up by my roofing crew with no further delay or hassle. Thank you very much Jennifer! I hope this message finds your superiors and you receive the recognition you deserve. Your dedication to my happiness did not go unnoticed. Rhino Exteriors was able to satisfy our customer through your dedication to satisfy yours. Thanks again!

The customer service at this location is considerably lacking if not non-existant. I spent about 40 minutes in this store looking for a handful of products. I made eye contact with numerous associates and none offered to help me let alone acknowledged me. I stopped and made eye contact with one female associate who was sitting down talking with two other associates. I stood there and waited for them to potentially pause their conversation but no pause came. I later passed by those same associates and was still not acknowledged. It was only once I was approaching the exit emptyhanded that a nice older female associate asked me how I was doing. I hope this is an isolated incident but from other reviews I've read it doesn't seem like it is. Perhaps this location is in need of new training and potentially staff. This Home Depot really lives up to what I've always heard people joke about; Home Depot will hire anybody.

Had in stock the patio door I wanted at a very good price. 3 other home improvement retailers said it was a special order door only. Ordered inline , in less than 1 hour I received an email letting me know my order was ready. Besides a little hiccup at check out , it was a quick and easy online purchase.

It's my go-to home improvement store. Doesn't matter if it's spring time for plants, or winter and the shovel breaks. Their hours are also pretty reasonable for contractors starting in the morning, or last minute grabs for people.

Home Depot is my go to for Ryobi tools. They are always offering great promotions offers batteries with purchases. I've been working on my collection for a while. Home Depot always has clean store, knowledgeable sales associates and exactly what I need.

The store was very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped me find the part that I needed. We also visited the outside lawn and garden section. Again, super nice and easy to navigate and find every thing that we needed.

We picked up some carpet samples to take home and ensure we were picking the best carpet, when we went back. We ensured the options could be ordered and installed. When we went back we were ignored when we came in to order carpet. Then when we finally got help the staff told us that they couldn't help us and that the carpet we chose couldn't be installed. The second associate was rude and short with us. Overall, the standard experience we get at home depot. thankfully there are multiple other options in our area

Employee here are very helpful and friendly. They are always ready to answer our questions and help us. The only change I noticed is seems Home Depot sometimes has no enough employee this 2 years since pandemic. But this is a issue happened everywhere. Overall Home Depot is a very good place to get help and to learn. I visit here almost every month.

There were lots of people working here but none offering any help or assistance, they were too busy standing around with there little orange flags. The checkout was the best part, no actual registers open but two unenthusiastic employees stationed at the self checkout too busy with there own personal conversations to assist paying customers. I won’t be back to this or any Home Depot in the future, I’ll go to lowes or Menards where the employees actually care about the customers.
