This Pharmacy is so amazing !! I was referred by my Grandmother after being traumatized by the chain pharmacies . I love that they deliver and do not have a jurisdiction . When I was transferring over the Pharmacist made it simple and effortless and was able to just receive myself and my child’s profile with me calling Next Door Pharmacy only 1 time !!I couldn’t believe the customer service I was receiving . The Pharmacist at this Pharmacy make you more comfortable and warm and friendly type of environment. They are very personable and work really well with you . I love they will ensure that you receive your medicine and will work really hard to do , while providing great Customer service . It’s been times I have not remembered to call for my refills and literally it will be ready that day for delivery ! Usually anywhere else it would be days or you may get busy signals and no assistance . Their delivery drivers are great and super sweet ! They work really hard and just great customer service . Even the drivers make it more personable . Very patient and understanding . I truly wish I can give 100 stars !! I hope this Pharmacy grows and continue to soar ! And remember how they make people day / lives !

The woman answering the phone is unprofessional and needs to speak up and speak clear. I could hardly hear her and slurred half her words...she sounded either sleepy or high as a kite. Also, you would think that if they were going to deliver your meds that they would make sure they had your correct address and not an address you had 5 years ago.

Next Door Pharmacy is easily the best pharmacy I’ve ever filled prescriptions with. The staff is very helpful, patient, kind and efficient. Among many other attributes, Next Door has been able to order specific generics that work best for me and my family (ie, don’t cause side effects) at a time when larger pharmacies couldn’t. Furthermore, prescriptions are always filled and delivered exactly as promised, and I never have to worry that the pharmacy may forget or miss something. With that peace of mind, I couldn’t recommend any pharmacy as highly as Next Door Pharmacy.

Love this Pharmacy. Always has my prescriptions same day. One time they didn't but called the nearest Pharmacy to get my script filled the same day. I also love the fact they have a delivery service.

Back at the start of the pandemic, it was very difficult to find any PPE and hand sanitizer. Next Door Pharmacy always had what we needed, whether it was gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, or hand soap or even paper towels and toilet paper. They also provided awesome customer service and were very pleasant every time I stepped foot in their pharmacy or spoke to them on the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experiences have been similar to EVERYONE else. Of all the establishments in which I have searched,grocery stores,restaraunts even other pharmacies, I have never witnessed a perfect rating... until now. And from my perspective the ratings are well deserved. I have never been in other pharmacy quite like Next Door. Thank you for helping me when I really needed it. Keep up the good work!

I love this pharmacy. Welcome to 2019 where customer service is alive and well. Hanna (the pharmacist) takes my refills by text. She confirms everything with me and quickly fills it and like magic it's delivered to my door promptly. If there's a problem she calls my physician directly and deals with it. After trying the big chains , well don't get me started. If you want to deal with professionals who get the job done this is your best choice in the area.

If you want to know the difference between a local pharmacy and a chain store pharmacy, I suggest you start going to Next Door Pharmacy. Hanna and her staff will do everything in their power to help your individual needs as a human being and not a number on a computer screen. My health issues are far from uncomplicated and require a lot of research and patience sometimes. Something as simple as a binding agent being different with different manufacturers, can cause severe allergic reactions. Hanna not only helps me to make sure she researches medication when I have a reaction but will also mail it to me (either overnight or regularly mail, depending on the situation and of course I pay shipping which is to be expected). This saves me a 3.5 hour round trip drive. Yes, I can try to find another pharmacy closer but have had nothing but problems with pharmacies in my area removing the human aspect. They just don't care, so the distance is a non issue with me. This pharmacy is the perfect example why everyone should support their local pharmacy/flower shop/bakery/etc.. The human aspect Hanna and her team take in consideration when I'm already struggling on a daily basis with my health is something that cannot be replaced. Wait times when I'm there is usually minutes. Before, I would wait at chain pharmacies for no less then an hour. Once I waited 4 hours after suffering a seizure. This is no longer anything I have to worry about and I will support Next Door Pharmacy forever. This is why I wish people would stop going to chains. It makes it hard for local pharmacies to stay in business and subsequently forces the patients to go back to chains where they either belittle you or just don't care. My advice is, if you are in the area, try them out once. I have a feeling you won't want to go anywhere else again.

Hannah and her staff are amazing! We needed to consolidate my 86 year old moms medications and wanted to have all meds coming from one pharmacy. They handled all the transfers seamlessly over the phone and even helped us sort out a few dosing issues. Best of all FREE DELIVERY!! If you live in the Brookside Commons/New Town/Owings Mills area Next Door Pharmacy should become your GO TO Pharmacy!! Tell them I sent you! ;-)

I was visiting from Toronto my friend in Baltimore - Maryland and we needed some medications for my little one but we didn't have car and my friend was at work so I called few pharmacies in the area and they asked for extra charge for delivery! I was surprised as we do have free delivery here in Toronto. I kept calling numbers of pharmacies of Google until I came across this pharmacy ( Next Door Pharmacy ) and they offered me free delivery. Also the guy on the phone gave us great advise regarding the types of medications and what's best for our child so I just wanted to thank them specially the gentleman on the phone I think his name was mousa or something like that for his excellent customer service ..
