I'm moving across the country and made a reservation for a moving crate a week prior. 15 minutes before my reservation while I'm on my way to pick it up, I get a call saying they can't honor my reservation today and that I'll have to drive across the state to get another one.

Not a certified u-haul dealer. Don't go!! Poor service horrible attitudes, they work when/if they want to. Plus traffic pattern getting there is hectic, don't recommend in bad weather too many inclines and steep hills

Unfortunately, this location will rip you off. They charged me a cleaning fee without explanation. This is impossible, considering the cab was left perfectly clean, as no food was eaten in it and nothing was left behind. In the back of the truck, only furniture pads were left behind, which you are supposed to return to them anyway. I emailed them and never received a response. What a shame – I will likely be using Penske or Budget for now on.

Charged me way more than I should have been (I drove 26 miles and they charged me for 87) and when I called to get an explanation they told me there was nothing they could do and refused to talk to me. I had to call the regional UHaul manager before I got any sort of response and he said there wasn't anything he could do since I didn't have photographic evidence of the odometer on the truck.
