Joel was really friendly and personable. As soon as I walked in he seemed excited to help. He knew all of the answers to my questions and had the payment breakdown really for me before we really got into things. Not a great experience. The store associate had no clue on the porting process and for most part mentioned that everything will be addressed by Tier 1 support after we complete transaction. Store Associate entered incorrect information, while creating account, which took me 5 hours to get it resolved with Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 calls. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

The representative helped me solve a huge problem regarding activation. The fix was so simple and hadn't been offered by any other representatives over the phone, but this individual figured it out super quickly and helped my fam and I out. Highly recommend this location if you need some 1-on-1 help

Worst customer service of any Verizon store I have ever been to. 45 minute wait with 3 customers on first trip. On third attempt, 5 months later, 25-50 people were waiting and no idea when to see someone. Wake up Verizon.

I have been visiting this location since Covid because they have been one of the location that was open throughout this time. I had to take my phone in again... for some unknown reasons my phone doesn't seem to stay connected or even work accordingly all the time. The seals person mentioned to change out the chip but like they did a time or so before I'm over it, so he decided to send me a new phone by mail. We'll see.... Verizon have gotten way two expensive for me to be having so much damn issues. I have unlimited every thing.. I shouldn't be having all these issues. Let's go Verizon....I am thinking hard.....

I cant stand this location. You walk in and no one greets you, and even if they do see you they act as of youre not there. The wait time is ridiculous, and some of the workers seem like they have no idea what they are doing smh
