Worst experience ever…we reserved a 10’ truck online and Thea reservation was confirmed. But when we reached the location there was no truck available. When we asked the person in the store. He asked me to call the customer service to check the nearest location for vehicles. The customer service never got connected and I waited 1 hour to get a truck and ended up going back home.

This place was clean, signs were a little confusing. I was dropping a truck off at nite. Place was spacious. Take picutures of da truck when you drop it off, so if you have any issues. I didnt, but to be on da safe side.

If you want to wander around the store with no assistance,if you want to be treated like you're interrupting the blank stare at the guy's phone and if you want to dial and redial the phone number only to be hung up on,then this is the place for you. The only redeeming factor about this place is the two guys that work the midday shift. Lord help you if you need to speak to someone on the phone 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾.If there was another full service store in my area that's where I would spend my money 💰.

Just rented and returned an auto transport trailer. I have used other locations in the area before but this is the first time using this one. I have to say I was very impressed with check in and Check out procedure, the hours of operation, size of the lot and the condition of the equipment they provide. i will be making this my go to U-Haul location for future rentals. Went to buy boxes - the entire Uhaul system was down while I was there so it took a while to check out, but the woman working was very friendly with all of the customers coming in despite having to try to do manual transactions for everyone. Cool location/building too
