Sally should be banned from answering the phone. When she didn’t understand me she said “WHAT”?? ask I was asking her questions regarding the flu shot she sounded like she didn’t feel like answering my questions. This review is in real time!! So disappointed considering I’ve been a customer for over a year now

I have never had anything but good experiences with all of the staff at Wegmans Pharmacy. Even if they don’t have a medication in stock when I call, I am always assured they will get it to me quickly, and always have. I am difficult to hear on the phone, but everyone has been understanding and patient.

The pharmacy has the WORST service. Extremely slow and they only deal with one person at a time. Even with Covid distances they need to have two people attending customers. Every time I go to pick up a script it is a long wait. Today one person in front of me having issues with her script. No one else to help had to wait over 15 minutes just to pick up They need to add people. Reconfigure the space to allow more than one person at a time I would not recommend this pharmacy! Till they can accommodate more than one customer at a time

I love the kind staff and efficient service. I am never disappointed. I walked in one morning nd the pharmacist greeted me by name. Wow!! They know there customers.

These folks are kind and efficient. They pulled my rxs from other stores and call the doc when refills needed. And, they speak english clearly... that is worth a look since so many pharmacies have techs with limited english proficiency.

The pharmacy staff has helped me to get prescriptions transferred and our renewed. They have also answered questions about drug interactions that I didn't know about. They did this with a pleasant helpful attitude that doesn't exist at other large store pharmacy departments.
