I was in the middle of a deal at another dealership and power gm had the car I really wanted with all the extra features for a good price! I called them to explain the situation and they made it happen! I was able to do the long part of the process over the phone so everything was ready for us to sign when we got there! They were super nice and very efficient! I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

They talk down to you. Just like most they think the buyer is stupid. They lose paper work. Case in Piont, time to get my title found out from title clerk in Lisbon they never filed. Called Powers title paper work lady, ops she said yup for got. There was numerous problems Don't Buy here. They are liers and cheats....

Sales person was excellent. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoyed the process, which I rarely can say ... in fact I usually hate the process of buying a car. However, this one went pretty smoothly. It is the first time in my buying lifetime that I thought I got a fair deal without having to fight over it. The ONLY reason I gave you an "8" above was because it is unlikely I'd refer someone to you given that you are 90 minutes away from me. Otherwise, it would be a solid 10.
