I was looking for a Cadillac escalade and was called by there salesman on Thursday October 13th that the previous order held fell through, and I had a chance to buy the car if I wanted. I stated yes! I could not make it to the dealership till the next Monday due to obligations, he then called me back and stated the GM of his store needed a 500 dollar deposit put down on the car to hold. I did, and on Saturday I got a call stating that if I didn't accept there offer and exchange on the car, that they are going another direction. I stated that I was already in process of selling car to Carvanna (which they recommended) and once authorized, I would be buying the car agreed. They stated now or never, and I stated to please have my 500 dollar deposit refunded immediately and I do not appreciate how my business was handled, and that I felt like their was gun to my head for no apparent reason. The sales represented Nick was great and compassionate but his GM Michael Huddock was nothing short of ignorant and playing games. Being a physician in the area, I would not recommend this dealership to any of my colleges or any of my patients. Reply: Maybe the dog eat your last reply.... you guys are priceless. In the world of text messages, the messages usual don't lie. I gave you a 500 dollar downpayment on Thursday, and your GM put me and Nick under the gun to either make October 17th Monday Quota Monday on Saturday October15th without the security of the Carvanna process on hand. Lack of professionalism, honor, and down right dishonesty to the customer to make a quick buck! Spin anyway you like, and don't call me dishonest because you screwed up, or deal with my consul.

I had a great experience with salesperson Jordan S. He was friendly and helpful and incredibly transparent with the numbers and figures. He turned his computer around so I could see the numbers he was seeing and I really appreciated that. There was no bs and they gave me a fair offer for my trade. I liked how I was able to quickly test drive the vehicle I was interested in and was happy they didn’t have to come along with you - I felt no pressure at all to buy on the spot. The process was smooth and the woman handling financing was so friendly as well. Jordan took the time to make sure he answered all of my questions about the vehicle and get me set up with the app and rewards program. Thanks Jordan for a great experience and I will always recommend Stadium to people looking for a fast and fair deal.

Was searching for a certain vehicle online when we found the perfect one on the website, went as soon as they opened to take a look at it, test drive it, ect. Only to find out someone already put a deposit on it over the website to take a look at it another day therefore we were not able to buy the vehicle today, cash in hand! Didn't even know that was a thing but we do now. Nice place, great service otherwise and will definitely go back!

I had my Lincoln MKX repaired by Stadium and they did an awesome job. I got hit from behind and there was a lot of damage but now you can't even tell. They back up their work too. I had my shocks go bad soon after the repair and Stadium submitted to the insurance and got the money for it. Paul is a real pro and great fellow. I hope I never have another wreck but I am grateful there is a good body shop in town, Stadium Buick.

Wow… everything about this transaction was phenomenal. Started right from the greeting over the phone all the way through to the cashier handing over my deposit. My salesman Ben Springer was top notch and truly went out of his way to make me a completely satisfied customer. Being out of state always worries me with a dealership hiding a surprise fee or added cost. There was none of that. Everything they told me was true and honest and numbers were spot on. Not to mention probably the lowest I’ve seen! Ben even went out of his way to tell me there were a couple small blemishes on the car (not any fault of the dealership) from when it was delivered by the shipping company. A lot of other dealerships would try to hide them or say tough luck. He got it in their bodyshop immediately to get it repaired and I couldn’t be happier with the results to keep me very satisfied with moving forward. I was updated all throughout the entire process start to finish and it felt like I was working with friend/family member and not just feeling like a regular customer. They also helped me get approved with GM financing. Kevin was the finance manager that took care of me and he was great. Not pushy at all. Offered me great prices on multiple products and let me decide if I wanted to moved forward with them without hammering me with a hard sell or anything of that nature. I can’t thank these group of people enough for their hard work they put in for me. I would and will recommend friends and family to consider their next purchase with GM Stadium! Buyer beware for service work. I have no faith in their service department. When a customer purchases a car from a dealership, they are buying service as well to take care of their car. Attempted multiple times to speak with the service manager. No returned calls by him, only service employee after I sent an email. Took my 19 Equinox Redline I purchased there 12/20 for oil change and some service requests to check a couple things (rear brake noise, transmission) and put on service order to be called. Only call received was to let me know it was done. Went to pick up car and rims had been chipped up by air impact gun from tech and brake noise wasn't checked as requested as I still saw grooves in rear rotors but was told pads thickness were good. Of course they are the car only has 20k on it! So I brought the service employee out and showed him the rims and rotors and left my car again. Another inconvenience without my car to return another day to pick it up. They sent my rims out to be refinished and replaced the rear rotors. Which is ok, but it's the mentality that returning a car that was damaged by them, not checking the car as requested, not calling the customer as requested, and a service department that finds that acceptable is not good business. It's going to make me think did they really change my oil? Did they mess up my wheel studs before or after chipping up my rims, did they really check the things that they say? How can I trust them with future repairs?

First time to stadium. Over all was a good experience. I was there an hour and a half for service. Oil change, all inspections and car wash etc. that it entails. But waiting area was clean. I didn’t see the free WiFi sign until it was almost over lol. But that’s nice. The advisor was super nice, professional,and informative throughout the process. Even gave me a coupon that saved me money for my first time trying the dealership. I was thrilled ! Big help.
