Pizza was at least 4-5 hours old when I got it. There was practically no pizza sauce on the pizzas. They were cooked to hell. The cheese was burnt and the pepperoni was burnt too. Shame really

Little Caesars is known for their hot and ready pizzas, and they sure do follow through! When I go they have the order ready and hot! The employees are nice and they always make sure to acknowledge me.

Pizza sits there for how ever long it was cold they don't even check what they are selling you and told me to bring it back . I can pick the whole pizza up without a single piece falling off 🤦♀️.. like I'm at work this is ridiculous.. I shouldn't have to pay more money for gas because they don't know how to check pizzas won't be going back

I want to start by saying the pizza it's always great. That being said they don't always answer the phone, they usually have some kind of staffing or other issues going on, and it is not the cleanest place that I've ever been. If they could just get their s*** together they could easily be five stars. All Things Considered though, its totally worth the money.

Lobby area is clean. You notice things like that when you have to wait 25 minutes for your 'ready in 12 minutes even though its supposed to be hot and ready' order. Staff was very polite... to me but rude angry and at times yelling at each other which was very unprofessional. The pizza was ok, $15 bucks to feed the family so i can't complain. Eaton suffers for lack of options and since I'm income challenged... I can see more 'hot and not quite ready' in my future.

Great customer service. There was a mistake with my pizza and the very kindly made it right and had a great attitude about making it right. Kids loved the pretzel crust. They even went above and beyond and threw in cookies for the kids.
