I’m just leaving from a Friday 6pm appointment. I got a pedicure & Ken did EXCELLENT. I was seated on time for my appointment, despite it being very busy. He cut my nails exactly how I asked him, and my polish job looks VERY good. The guy at the front does great making sure every customer is seated quickly. I’ll definitely be back to see Ken. I've been here three times. The first two times were decent but this time was horrible because of the older woman that did my toes. She was not pleasant. She was almost rude and unwilling to adhere to my requests. For instance, I requested that my big toe be filed down more than what it already was. Her response was blatantly no. I explained that I was not happy the way that my big toe looked and she said well. Let me get the manager. The manager came over. He was pleasant. He explained that if they filed my big toe down anymore, the nail might crack and if I was okay with that, he would proceed with filing the big toe down. I confirm that I was okay with that. She filed the big toe down very sloppily and ultimately I left unhappy. I also requested that I get hand designs done but she seemed unable to understand what I was asking for. She asked me multiple times I explained multiple times and she said she wasn't able to do the hand designs But her daughter would. Her daughter came and obviously because I didn't have a pleasant experience with the mom. The daughter was being a little snippy so I foregoed the hand design and decided to just do regular nail polish. Because I was frustrated, I decided to leave a $1 tip and I will never go back again. This is the worst my nails have ever looked in my like this last burned my cuticles off , the burn so bad she rushed through the whole thing and my whole shape is to thick. I will never go back here again Service: Acrylic nails

I have been a loyal customer since 2014 and today I experienced the worst racism ever!!! Nail Tech Ann was horrible and I recorded her on my IPHONE speaking Vietnamese stating I was cheap and black women dont pay for services. I could not believe what I was hearing. 1st I always pay for my services plus I tip. I spoke with the owner and she seemed unbothered. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I WILL POST THIS ON IG FACEBOOK & Twitter. I also contacted the BBB & sent Nail Andy a text. Hopefully they will get trained better and take an online course on how not to be a racist. They will come and get our black $ and treat like sh%it They all speak English but will speak badly about customers in their language this time I recorded it. I've visited this salon for several years. I've put up with 30-45 minute waits even though I have an appointment; the lady at the front who gets my appointment wrong and puts it on the wrong day; high (and increasing prices); attitudes from the nail tech...mainly because they do a decent job. Today was the last time...the nail tech was so rude over me requesting a different color. She slammed the color on the table and had an attitude the rest of the appointment. When I asked her what the issue with changing the color was she got rude and started speaking in her native language. She then said if I didn't like it, I should choose a different person....I will...at another salon. Service: Dip powder

I’ve been coming here for years now and originally I loved the place everyone I’ve had has done a great job. However, things have gone down hill! Making an appointment requires calling again and again because the phone is either busy or the lady who now takes appointments puts you on hold and never comes back or hangs up on you. When you finally get to make an appointment you arrive to find out it’s not set correctly with the right person or they don’t have your name! I think it’s sad because the techs seem to work hard but the leadership is horrible and do not know how to run a business!!!!! I hate to leave but this may be my last time coming unless things change.

I went and got my nails and toenails done for my birthday and vacation. I was pleased with how my nails turned out, however I had to get them removed for my job. My nails are a complete wreck! I have 5 nails thats are peeling off at the critical and they are super painful. I have never had this issue before. My toenails were a different story. The lady that did them wrecked my mail bed and just costed the polish on. My left big toe mail had the polish completely peel off the next day. I definitely will not be going back. Not pleased, especially since I paid $120+.

I've been with Amy for a long time, but she's out with her kids due to Covid so I came on 3/12 and saw Anne #2 who was highly recommended by girlfriend over the years. I have an acrylic overlay and what I asked for (pic 1) vs. what I got (pic #2) are two completely different things on top of the fact that it is now 3/15 and FOUR of my nails have separated from the acrylic. I came to get this fixed today and was advised by the manager, "Donna" (who could've cared less) that they could only glue the nails and that I would have to come back on Thursday when Anne was back so she could "decide what to do - we won't fix anything today." TERRIBLE customer experience after paying $65 for this poor job. Donna glued her own fingers together, then got glue on two of my nails and even though my top coat is matte, she only allowed the tech to repaint one. Completely unacceptable and refused to give me a refund. You will NEVER get my business again. Do better!🤬 Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I was happy that were easy on taking off my nails. But I don't like the fact that I was telling Tammy that I wanted coffin shape and she looked and was like ok then sec I wanted ombre and she said ok and then some of my nail are not straight and little to short for me. And one other thing my thumb looks off like one side is lil taller on one side and that was 70 bucks and also she keep hitting the top of my nail bed too.
