I typically like Arby's however, this location needs a refresh. Floors are sticky, bathroom is a mess, food took forever and fries came out cold. Not recommended. Food : 2/5 | Service : 2/5 | Atmosphere : 2/5 … More

There were some employees by the names of Chance, Dylan & James. They were very enthusiastic and made sure to ask all the right questions. The food was made fresh & they had me at the drive thru board & handed me out my food and drinks within 3 minutes. I would rather this location over Airway.

The Col Glen location has gone downhill fast. Slow service, food inconsistent, and overall experience. This is the fault of th GM, franchise owner, not ensuring quality of quick service. Food : 2/5 | Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 2/5 … More

Why are they not open? It's 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday and there's absolutely no reason for them not to be open, both sides of both doors weren't open and on the top of that there was people eating inside. Do they think coronavirus is still going or it is it just terrible management? Because the drive-thru is still going You've lost a loyal customer, and you should be ashamed of yourself

Trying to get supper last night when I pulled up to the drive-thru they said they were unable to take orders at this time. I don't know what the problem was because the power and lights were on.

Waited 20 minutes for my food and was rushed to order, spendt 32 bucks and it was the worst experience ever. Fries were cold sandwich was nasty .

Ordered a bunch of food here for a party not too long ago. Decent food, but the service was great thanks to the young blonde manager running the store. Much appreciated!!!

Went through drive through, no line but waited about 10 minutes to get food. Fries were fresh, sandwich not so much. Sub par for Arbys.

Service staff consisted of teens having personal conversations with many foul four letters words, I guess they forgot they had customers in the dining room. Probably will not come here again. No excuse for their language at their job in such a public place.

Apparently Arby's has grown incredibly cheap since the last time I visited one of their locations. Despite their constant nattering about having "the meats" on their commercials, we spent eight dollars on a chicken sandwich meal and were given this - and half of this 'sandwich' was breading. This will be our last visit to this particular fast food chain, if this is the pathetic excuse for "the meats" they are offering.
