I had a remote start installed on 2 cars. The job was very well done. My concern is that I was charged a surcharge of $23.32. I assume this was for using a credit card, but I was never told this. I would have paid cash, if I would have known this. You can fool me once, but not twice.

Every now and then you weigh the cost of something and you think to yourself "that is a lot of money...is it worth it?", well I just had this conversation with myself and struggled with the decision. I stopped at Audio Werks and told Ed what was on my "wish-list" for a vehicle, and he said he could make it happen. I never thought you could have all the high-tech conveniences found in todays automobiles installed in a 2004, but the team at Audio Werks kept their promise. Full audio capabilities via Bluetooth to my phone, window tinting, and back-up camera. Now I'm listening to Pandora, attending Microsoft-Teams Meetings while I am driving, using Waze navigation and talking text and answering phone calls, all at the same time. If you are thinking you would like to have the latest gadgetry found in the next generation of vehicles, but are disenchanted with car prices. Maybe you should consider updating the "ride" that you have and Ed and the Team at Audio Werks will ensure you have the best experience possible, I know he did for me...THANKS ED!!!!! Dave H.

Had a five year old (2017) Subaru CrossTrek with a stock radio. I had Ed at AudioWerks install a SONY XAV-AX3200 with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, full phone mirroring, Bluetooth microphone, back-up camera, steering wheel integration. I was in and out in inside of a day. Work was very well done, system works flawlessly and I am extremely happy with the quality of the installed unit, the workmanship, and the service. Highly recommended!

I purchased some "Thumps" for my daughter for birthday/Christmas present. The owner was very professional and respectful to my daughter and I. He made her feel included in the buying experience and listened to what she wanted. He helped her find the best system for our budget based on the music she liked to listen to. We are very satisfied with our sound system. It sounds like it was built for the car. No ghetto metal rattling with bass. To see her light up and smile when she heard her system for the first time was great! One happy girl. And we will definitely be returning for sound system makeover for our other vehicles! I just had my truck in there to be worked on. They did great work and did it pretty quickly. However, their prices were way too high for my liking. What they charged me 240 for best buy said 130. Then I needed to go back to get an add on. They quoted me 90 bucks then 50 to install. I got the piece for $45 and it snapped into the back of my radio. Smh
