My brakes were squeaky so I assumed they needed new parts. West Side checked and told me it was just glazing, no work needed, and only charged me a small minimum. It's very refreshing to discover such honesty these days.

I first went to Bergstroms car dealer garage. They said I need a new catalytic converter, $2100. I went to West Side Tire & Auto for a second opinion. All I needed was a new heat shield, include labor $90. All the guys there are honest, fair, truthful and cute. Next week I am getting four new tires , $ 800.

Called to have them look at patching a tire with a nail in it, they were able to squeeze me in between appointments on short notice (same day). I dropped off the car, an hour later they called and were already done. Ended up with 2 patches (there was also a bolt in the tire that I didnt see). Great price, great service, great job!

I had an awesome experience at Westside Tire! My family and I just moved to the city in February and had a misfortunate engine failure happen. They gave me a quote that was almost spot on and had it perfect with a full set of brand new tires on there in about a week. Timing was crucial because my wife and I have four children ages 1-11. Traveling to Oshkosh for the EAA air show when we blew out a trailer tire. Got a set of 4 put on my rims over 2 days so I could swap them out 2 at a time while in the campground. Very fair price and accommodating service to get the swap done. Would certainly recommend them They worked to get me a good deal even when they knew they were the only ones in the area that had the tires I wanted.

Took my car in for an oil change. I had a 10:00 appointment. I saw them take my car into the shop at that time. They have a very comfortable waiting area.
