Employees are incredibly rude, especially in the pharmacy. Screw this place and their attitudes. You will also stand around forever because instead of helping who is there, they act like they don’t see you. Also, if you need a covid test with actual results instead of “inconclusive” do not come here. It’s like this place just wants to continue to get free money from the government and instead of saying no, they try to make more money… This place is terrible.

I dropped off an old roll of film to be developed in March. I kept the claim ticket in my car. Waited to be called when to pick up the developed film. Forgot about it until I found the claim ticket. Seven months later I remembered the claim ticket and went to pick up photos. First of all, only one employee working the entire store while two “managers” couldn’t be found. Once the “managers” appeared out of no where one told me the photos are thrown away after 6 months. No phone call when they came in. No phone call before they were thrown out. No sympathy from the “manager “ who was very matter of fact about photos being thrown away after 6 months. Never was I told there was a time limit. Thanks for nothing.

Great store. The staff at the pharmacy are always kind and efficient. I have been to many pharmacies lately for my foster dogs pills to try to find the best price and I keep coming back to Walgreens. They are by far the nicest and most patient in the area.

BE WARNED!! I went to pick up Rx for my son. I gave them his TWO insurance cards and was told generic Albuterol inhaler would be $27?? Clearly that was not correct. I was given some lame excuses when I asked about it. I asked for my cards back and said I would check with my insurance. Sure enough got home and checked the app and neither insurance cards were on his account and the price was with a goodrx discount. This is practically theft since he clearly intended to deceive me. This is not the first time I have experienced horrendous customer service at this location that basically amounted to them stealing my money because they couldn't be bothered to do the basic functions of their job. Go ahead and use their service if you're happy to pay for your insurance without actually using your benefits! UPDATE: entered the insurance cards on the app and after about 15 minutes received a notification that my Rx was ready and my cost will be.. $0.00. Apparently, I can do on my phone what their employees cannot do in the building. Unbelievable.. please do not go here.

Horrible experience with This Walgreens. I went to get my passport photo taken. I was not told that I needed to take my glasses off for the photo. I was unaware of the law change that you could not have glasses in the photo. I was first told that I need to pay for new pictures when they made the mistake of not teaching their employees of passport photos. Im not really happy right now now my trip is in jeopardy

Waited a month and a half for a package and had it sent to this Walgreens and they refused to take it cuz it’s too “heavy” and lied about it being 70 pounds when it was 49 pounds and perfect under the weight limit. Very rude and unhelpful. Don’t order to this Walgreens.

HATE this Walgreens. Came here to pick up photos and also needed to grab Benadryl since I was having an allergic reaction to food I had eaten earlier. I was asked for my ID and when I told the person I didn’t have it I was told they wouldn’t sell the Benadryl to me (I’m 29 and had my children with me). I asked how old you have to be and I was told 18 and if I look under 40 they can’t sell it to me without ID. Pointless rule if you ask me. 🙄 So instead I bought it from Harmons AND it was cheaper. The cashier was completely rude and seemed irritated that they even had to help me. Completely AWFUL customer service. This is such a tiny simple thing but it’s enough to make it so I won’t go to any Walgreens again.

Lost 2 years of my kids vacay photos due to Walgreens using Fuji to process my film. Walgreens never got my film back from Fuji, and no one contacted me until it was past the 45 day retention Fuji has. My negatives were destroyed. I cannot replace what was lost. They incinuated it was my fault for not calling and babysitting them. At a loss for words on this.............just disgusted.

Worst experience, rude employees. I went for a photo print out of my new born kid. There were 3 ladies at the photo counter but none of them helped me to correct the measures of the passport photo. One of the lady just logged me in and asked me to do it by myself. I struggled almost half n hour but couldn't get the photos. I tried to ask for their help again but another lady said my photo is not of correct size and refused to help. After wasting more than half hour and getting frustrated I went to West Jordan Walgreens and their the person on the photo counter helped me and I was able to get the photos within 10 minutes of arrival. That guy was really nice and humble. He wasn't rude like the people in "South Jordan Walgreens". The attitude of the staff is not welcoming, They will make you feel like you have made a mistake by going there. Please save your time and go to any other Walgreens except this place.

The worst pharmacy in the valley. The 2 female pharmacist were extremely rude. I had issues with the insurance for 4 days trying to get my prescription. when I finally figured out the issue I had them call my insurance. I had the phone number saved in a text message thread. The person who I handed my phone through started reading my text messages instead of just looking at the number I had saved. She pulled me aside and decided to tell me about my personal opinions I had on the pharmacy in front of everyone in line, and how I was extremely rude for it. DO NOT GO HERE.
