The drive thru service is amazing. The employees have always been courteous, helpful and kind. Going inside can require patience if they're busy, but they do their best and have always gone out of their way to answer my questions and explain things to me.

If I could give this CVS a zero star rating I would. I have been treated different because of my skin color. But this one was all time high. I had to transfer medicine from Walgreens to CVS because my insurance don’t have any contract with Walgreens. But it seems they did with CVS. I decided to call CVS but the pharmacist answer the phone very rudely. I gave him all the information the best way I can. I decide to just drive to make sure they called Walgreens and did transfer. Once I arrive, I sat down for almost 5 mins and no one said a word to me, guess what I I’m invisible. I decide to stand up to walk around and waived my hands they the land walking on the drive through lane was the one that said hello. The pharmacist or whoever he is finally came around and I ask this are the medication right and I said I don’t know. Teledoc sent them over so I don’t have any clue what they are. I asked would you please check if the medication was covered with my insurance with cvs. Once I gave him the insurance ID card the gentleman called NIck said “Is this your insurance” really! I won’t have it if it wasn’t mine. Again, he was very condescending and disrespectful in every aspect. I’m a colored man in Utah, I have been treated very poorly in different places. But this was worst. I don’t want anyone to experience what I have gone through. I pleading to every colored person to stay away from this store or CVS!!! Boycott them. They don’t need us to patronize them. I will keep my money and will Never never do business with any CVS store.. even if they’re the last store on earth.

These pharmacists are just so awesome! They always take care to get my prescriptions filled as quickly as they can, have amazing customer service, and you can just tell they are in hustle mode! I just appreciate them so much. I had changed pharmacies to this one because it was closer but I’m so impressed with them, the distance is just the bonus! Thank you guys! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Ready to feel like a child again? An employee literally has to walk you to the public bathroom, and will then unlock it for you. Talk about embarrassment all around. Also, the bathroom here is absolutely filthy—I’m talking pee ALL over the floor. Not just a little. I have to throw away my shoes. Yuck.

Wow I am very surprised by the negative reviews. My husband & I both use this pharmacy monthly & have nothing but great things to say. I showed up at 7pm on the dot as they were Closing & without hesitation they served me. Come to find out there was an issue with the prescription. I insisted that I would come back tomorrow as I was late getting there. The pharmacists Judith was amazing & spent 20min solving the problem & filling the prescription for me. This is not the type of service I am used to nor do I feel like I would have recieved this great service elsewhere. When I called my husband to bring on this service he told me this is the same pharmacists that helped him earlier this month when he got out of work late. He called them and advised he would be there 6 min late & they stayed open to help him. Thank you CVS for always going above & beyond for your custmers.

I strongly question the decision making capabilities of anyone who uses CVS. If you like waiting on hold, or in line at the store, for over an hour every time you need a prescription then CVS might be a fit for you. Otherwise, go to just about any other pharmacy and get far better service and more experienced and effective pharmacists in just a few minutes.

Why do I continue to use this location to pick up my prescriptions?? The wait is always horrendous. Not to mention the last THREE times I came my prescriptions were not ready. Twice I waited 24 hours to pick up before I went in to pick up. The other time I waited 1 1/2 hours before swinging by to pick up my prescription. I try to call to see if my prescription is ready to be picked up and I’m on hold for 20+ minutes. I’m sure the staff is great and work hard but if your doctor calls in a prescription you shouldn’t have to wait 24 hours for it to be ready especially if it is an antibiotic.

When I first moved here I really liked this pharmacy, however, I noticed after a while the customer service went down hill and most of the staff at the pharmacy are rude, over worked and understaffed. Especially since they acquired another pharmacy, I have had to wait a day or two before getting to pick up a prescription I had dropped off. I have reached out to their management team and gotten responses back but, sadly after giving it try after try, I have decided to no longer fill my prescription here. Most recently, I had a prescription that was sent in and I hadn't heard back, also I couldn't get through on their phone. So I went to the pharmacy a day later and asked if they have my prescription filled, and ready for pick up, they said no, but they would work on it, So I had to wait 45 mins, to pick up an antibiotic, that was sent in the morning before, to be filled. Fine, one time thing, it's a fluke I thought, then the same thing happened when I had to get a different medication filled a couple weeks later. Save yourself the Hassel and try another CVS .
