I love the atmosphere here. I love that my stylist can accommodate me at any time . Everyone is very nice and it is so relaxing. I cannot express how happy I am when I leave Taylor's chair. She makes me feel amazingly beautiful and the hair is to die for. New..the pedicure..had that today..will never go anywhere else ever again. Thank you..❤

I went to Beachcombers for the first time today and it was a truly amazing experience. I was a regular client at a different salon in Mentor for years, and Taylor Thomas was my regular stylist there. She did amazing work, so when she left the Mentor salon I was very disappointed. After getting a not-so-great haircut at that Mentor salon with a different stylist, I decided to see where my former stylist moved to and found her at Beachcombers. It was the BEST decision to come here! It was great catching up with Taylor, and she did a rockin' job, as always! It is very evident - from the decor to the performance of the staff to the other rave reviews - that the owner and staff put a lot of work into this salon and servicing their clients, and it definitely doesn't go unnoticed! I love the beach theme, too - and the prices are super reasonable for the quality of service they provide. I hope to continue to get my hair styled by Taylor here at Beachcombers well into the future! Thank you for such an awesome experience! :) Service: Hairstyling

This experience happened in November 2019. When I arrived at Beachcombers, I was impressed with the adorable beach style. It had been a long time since I had a haircut and I was ready for a much needed hair cut and eyebrow wax. At first, the woman who cut my hair was pleasant and accommodating to my wants. When it was time for my eyebrows, the attitude changed. I’ve had terrible experience with eyebrow waxing so I was telling her what I liked and didn’t like about eyebrow waxing. Instead of listening to my worries, she snapped “you know I don’t have to do your eyebrows. You can go somewhere else.” I was shocked at her reaction. We were the only people at the salon and I almost cried. I hope the blonde woman who cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows realizes I was not criticizing her work, I was sharing my fears about horrible waxing experiences. Update: No I didn't like my hair or brows. Brows were too thin (something I spoke with her about) and my hair looked like the chubby man from Lost. I'm open to discussion but it's the way it was said. I don't like being snapped at for a service I'm paying for. Please learn to accommodate for customers with social anxiety and different hair types. It took me over a year to work up the courage to get another hair cut. Bad experience.
