Friendly service and my appointment was on time. However, I am disappointed with the results of my eyebrow waxing. I had asked for a “clean up of my eyebrows” and “some shaping” of my brows prior to the wax. My eyebrows are now very thin and look very different from my natural eyebrows. I am upset about the final appearance of my eyebrows, despite my instructions stating I wanted more of a clean up and prefer having thicker brows. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning.

Aiden was fantastic! (He is moving to the New Jersey store shortly, lucky them!) He was professional, friendly and very helpful. I have sensitive skin and had issues in the past with brow waxing, being burnt and such. But Aiden was kind and understanding. He actually listened to me and asked questions about what I wanted. In over 20 years of brow waxing I've never had them "mapped" before, wow, what a huge difference that made! New Jersey Ulta, you are getting a real gem... Aiden is absolutely fantastic! Every time I leave, my eyebrows are perfectly shaped and even (they even look microbladed). Not only is he amazing at what he does, he is super nice and actually listens to what you want. He maps out the eyebrows BEFORE applying wax so that you know what you’re getting done.
