Don’t use Store to Door. They charged me for the product and I received a receipt and it posted to my bank statement but Ulta stated my transaction didn’t go through even though I have a receipt and it posted to my card. I was told to contact my bank even though this was their mistake.

i know nothing about makeup or skincare and today i went in to this ulta with some skin concerns and no idea what product i was looking for or where to start and multiple employees were so helpful in suggesting products for my needs and made me feel so valued and heard!! i hate spending a lot of money but when it comes with quality customer service like that it’s so worth it!!

Love this store and there great & beautiful selection of makeup, hygiene products, and wonderful fragrances! They hv an amazing staff that are attentive and always readily available to help with your needs. I love those monthly makeup boxes which have really given me the chance to test n try some new brands n products which led me to Ulta and being able to buy some of the products Ive had the pleasure of testing. Thanks Ulta 💜❤️

I came in today looking for a specific look for an upcoming Twenty One Pilots concert. Macy was amazing! As a fellow TØP fan, she knew exactly what I was going for and helped me find the PERFECT products. I can't wait to rock this look at the concert. I highly recommend Macy & this location. It was well stocked, had several options in various price ranges, and I received EXCELLENT customer service. This will be my go-to location from now on!!

Booked an appointment to get my hair colored. Called to ask when I could get a consultation to talk to the stylist about it what I wanted beforehand. Was given vague answers, put on hold multiple times, told she was too busy, never followed up when I could talk to her and then the phones cut out. Never bothered to call back. I'll just find somewhere else to go.

Need to update store hours on Google. Arrived at 8:20pm and the sign on the door said they close at 8pm. Couldn't tell if it was temporary or seasonal but was disappointed because I specifically checked the hours on Google before leaving home to shop. Generally, I really like the store and they have a wide variety of products for makeup, hair and skincare and this location isn't usually crowded when I visit.

Today I went into Ulta for the first time ever. I've been so used to the cheap skin care and makeups I've been using for years, so I was a bit apprehensive to spend more on products I wasn't familiar with. I was greeted by Lisa. She was so very friendly and helpful through every step of the way! I was even lucky to work with Shayna who also gave me incredible helpful service. I will definitely be returning! 😁

This Ulta is very clean. They were short staff so a few displays were not fully stocked. Outside of that the staff was phenomenal! Especially Toni. She was the only one on the sales floor when I arrived. Toni helped multiple customers with a very pleasant demeanor. She was also very patient with me while helping me pick products for my mother. She even introduced me to a new product line. I definitely recommend visiting this store.

I had an AMAZING visit today! Both Vladimir and Ella made my time in the store so enjoyable. Their willingness to take the time to show me different products and share tips was very much appreciated! They didn’t make me feel rush, even as the store was starting to get busy, they still made sure I was taken care. I like coming to the this store in general because the entire staff has always been nice to interact with. I’ve never had a bad experience!
