OBSESSED! Our family loves Cub Shrub, the people who work there and the unique toys/books/clothing they they carry. Molly at the cash register makes you feel like a friend and gives really great recommendations on gift ideas. They also do a really nice job with online orders, getting orders shipped promptly and offer gift wrapping (#momhack). I also really appreciate their commitment to keeping children safe throughout the pandemic.

Cub Shrub has such delightfully curated toys, clothes, and accessories. I have to stay out of their Instagram stories or I’d be broke with every new item listed in their shop! The staff is friendly, and as a “pandemic mom” I appreciate that they have been strict with their masking policies, have the fastest shipping of all time, and offer curbside pickup. All of my son’s favorite toys have come from Cub Shrub. I recommend this family owned business to friends near and far!

I love Cub Shrub! Best toys, unique and fun clothing, and a great selection of books as well as arts & crafts. This is my favorite place to buy gifts for my kids and my friends' kids. They also have a gift wrapping option and they use really fun wrapping paper!

I don’t know where to begin other than to say Cub Shrub is hands down THE BEST. The assortment is unmatched—all my current favorite brands plus all the favorites I haven’t discovered yet in one amazing shop. I could go on about this HOWEVER the most incredible thing to me is their customer service. Here’s an example- I have a 1st birthday party this Sunday and needed to order a gift THURSDAY NIGHT. I knew that if I ordered from Cub Shrub it would not only be on time, but that it would be a day early. Why did I know this? Because they pick and ship orders literally within MINUTES of it being placed, EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. It is so beyond impressive —they are faster than Amazon with an assortment that blows Amazon out of the water. I choose to shop here every single time I need a baby/kid product because I know they’re going to deliver beyond my expectations. If you haven’t been, go asap. If you haven’t ordered, I urge you to give them a try instead of Amazon next time just so you can see what I’m talking about! Thanks Cub Shrub for being the all-around MVP. The efforts you put in to taking care of your customers are so noticed and so appreciated!!

Cub Shrub is hands down the best kids store in Columbus! I always look forward to going and being able to pick out a gift there! Hats off to them for keeping a strict and safe mask policy so is parent’s with kids too young to be vaccinated feel safe taking them there!

Cub Shrub is so much more than a kid’s store! It’s definitely got the best, most thoughtfully curated toys and clothes you’ll find in central Ohio. It’s also a place to find support during those sleep deprived early days of infancy and beyond. Pre-pandemic it wasn’t unusual to go there to shop in peace while someone on staff would entertain my wild toddler or hold one of my fussy infants. The store was always holding kid friendly events with no pressure to buy, just to attend and enjoy being with your little. Now it’s a place we know we can shop at and feel safe with their Covid safety protocols firmly in place. So much has changed for young kids and I really value the way Cub Shrub has worked to keep shopping at a kids store something my kids can still do. And as mentioned before, the toy selection and clothing is top notch so we never leave without something super cool, while feeling really safe.

Our family loves Cub Shrub! The customer service is outstanding. The owner and her staff have been compassionate and dedicated to creating a safe space for young children during the pandemic which we have been so grateful for. We love everything in the store - it's cute, unique, great quality, and hold up - clearly a lot of thought goes into the store's selection. Literally our FAVORITE store!! They have the coolest things for your kiddos! I love getting unique pieces for my kids that they can pass on to their children and this is the place! The owner and her employees are EXTREMELY nice and helpful!! I swear I order every week and when I place my order I receive an email 10 mins later saying my order is ready for pickup!! They are AMAZING and deserve 100 stars!!
