Just went through the dive-thru today, and had the WORST EXPERIENCE ever with the employee working today. She accused us of having a FAKE cigarette coupon! She said that because the paper coupon was not on "glossy" paper that is was fake. She denied us as customers and we wanted to buy pop and something else with the cigarettes also, but she just denied us and walked back in. So rude!! I will be contacting her boss next time I see the boss's vehicle there. I have never met someone so rude. Very poor customer service. F-
