This is my favorite CVS , I moved a few months ago and I live 15-20 minutes away now but I still come here for my prescriptions because of the customer service .

The store staff is not helpful and rude! Asked a question and a stock/sales guy was rude, as was the evening clerk girl behind the counter. I told her I'd be right back and when I returned, the doors were locked, 15 minutes before closing time. When I returned, the person inside ignored me. The pharmacy people are friendly and very helpful, but hours should be extended, this is a pandemic, and people need meds 24 hours a day. There should be at least one pharmacy open 24 hours a day in the area.

I pulled up to the window at 9:45am, my Covid test is scheduled for 10am (let me remind you I have never taken one) so I came early because I am ALWAYS early for everything. The lady came the window rudely and said what do you need, I said I am here for my Covid test, her reply that doesn’t start until 10 you can come back then and shut the window. I work in the medical field , to be treated in such a nasty way for not doing anything wrong is beyond my belief. CVS should be ashamed to have an employee like her , I do not care how short staffed you are no wonder it only has a 2 star review. BE KIND TO PEOPLE! The world is filled with so much hate.

I've used CVS for 5 years and will no longer be using them due to this location. The pharmacist is RUDE and has no idea what she is doing. The drive thru took almost an hour to get 4 prescriptions. I have called in twice for questions, have been on hold for 10+ minutes each time, just to have someone pick up the phone and hang up without saying anything. There's a pandemic. I shouldn't have to physically go to the pharmacy to ask a question.

Avoid this location, Waited in drive thru for 20-mins for my RX only to be told to come back 4+ hours later for pick-up for a pre-packaged already made prescription from the manufacturer. No work required by their staff except running insurance. Very inconsiderate. Was very disappointed in this CVS location. Cannot recommend.

DO NOT HAVE PHOTOS PRINTED HERE. My normal place was closed for some reason.. picked CVS instead. I get home look at my photos. They are so dark my light green wall look brown. Upsetting becubec this was supposed to be a father's day gift. Happy first father's day enjoy these photos of your son...

This place is very clean. Staff is freindly. However, they are very slow when it comes to checking out every time I have ever gone in for something. One time, they even had to close the store during the middle of the day. The store manager told me he was under staffed because one person called off and he wasn't allowed to be in the store alone. Very odd.
