I have always had good service at Ken Ganley Nissan, so when it was time to look at a new car, I returned. I'm thoroughly impressed with the leasing manager, Carl, who came in on his day off to assist me in obtaining a new leased vehicle. Not only did he remember the slightest earlier encounter, but he understood my needs and helped me through the process of trade-in, leasing, and getting acquainted with the new car. HIs professional and thorough manner left no questions. Kudos to Carl and to the dealership!

The gentlemen in the Service Department at the desk are terrific. They were ready for me, were able to accommodate an additional request that was not scheduled, and reviewed upcoming potential items and the cost and timing. This will allow me to plan ahead. I was able to work while waiting, enjoying a latte and the wireless access.

I never write reviews, but had to take the time to write this one! Had the best experience with Steve (sales) and Holly (finance). They both worked so quick to get me through the deal as quickly as possible with my new lease. Holly went above and beyond in working her magic! I would definitely recommend anyone to go see them when looking for a new car! Best experience at a dealership!

We heard that this was a great place to get a car so we drove 45 minutes to go check them out on Friday. We spoke to a good salesperson and found a suitable car but we couldn’t test drive it because the throttle body was damaged. They said that they would repair it over the weekend and call us when it was finished. With that in mind, we waited until Monday for them to call us but it turned out that they had fixed it Saturday and sold it to someone else. Perhaps they need greater communication between customers the employees but that was very disappointing to find out.

Carl Sapolin is probably the best salesperson I’ve ever met when buying a car. He listens well, is extremely knowledgeable, helped meet all my needs and helped me lease a car within my budget. He went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. He’s a good person and a wonderful representative for your company. And do love the new Rogue!

First, a shoutout to Cory who fitted me in for an unexpected slow leak in my tire on a very busy Saturday morning. I really appreciate that. Next I want to thank Brit who's customer service was superb. Very polite and professional when he explained that I had a nail in my tire and that it would just be a few minutes and I'd be on my way. And they washed my car! The service guys at the Ganley Nissan in Mayfield are the best! Thank you again !

I went to get an oil change earlier this week and the overall service and speed of it was okay, but the person doing the oil change didn’t fill out a multi point inspection. I typically use that as a guideline of how my car is holding up and one wasn’t filled out. I was also told that conventional oil was being put in my car since it’s an 2009, and I think either the synthetic or mixed blend was put in instead. I haven’t been to this location in years, and I wasn’t really satisfied with my service at all.

I can’t say enough good stuff about my experience at Ganley Nissan! I will start with Bobby Bray my go to salesman, the most courteous and caring person that I have ever worked with. He has the most eloquent demeanor that I have seen on a young man, and makes your experience in buying a car seemless. Everyone there is very courteous and Holly in finance sure knows her stuff and obviously has all the experience behind her! The service department and the people working in the office should not be overlooked either all very pleasant. I highly recommend Ed Ganley Nissan for all your needs when you are ready to purchase or lease your next vehicle

I had the best experience with Carl and Brandon! It was my first time ever buying a car, let alone a new one, and I cannot recommend them enough! They guided me in every step of the way, thoroughly explaining my options, what will be needed of me, etc. They taught me so much on how to buy a car that I was never really taught on how to do.
