Couldn’t get through to anyone when I called. Went to the store was put on a waiting list to have an employee help. There were employees standing around not doing anything and they had me wait over 30 min. And there weren’t many customers in the store. The employees need better training.

Had problem with mobile reception.After long wait a tech addressed my concern. He was very accommodating and checked many things on my phone. Could not detect actual.problem. Had a suggestion as to what I should do the next time I lose mobile. Hope this will solve problem.

IPhone Pro 13 order via verizon direct was defective and would not charge. This official location refused to replace the phone and advised I take the phone to the apple store to be replaced since it not a version issue. Manager has no clue of the Verizon exchange/ return policy and refused to replace the phone. Official you are allowed to exchange the phone at the official version store. Theses people need education.

I went in there and was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Nathan. He asked me how he can help and I told him I wanted to buy a new Apple iPhone. He took my information, told me there was one person in front of and me and would be about a 10 minute wait. After a half hour of watching people come into the store and get service immediately I went over to Nathan and asked why the delay and I was being bypassed. He assured me since I was buying a new phone I had to wait for certain representatives. He said either himself or… he pointed to a girl with no customers playing with her phone. (Let’s keep in mind I had my rambunctious 3 year old daughter with me. So I patiently waited and finally Nathan was done with his customer. But still, he goes over to girl with no customers and starts talking casually to her with masks firmly over faces in bottles of sanitized near by… Just in case I’m sure. Anyway, I casually walk over and ask why can’t I be helped. Nathan ( who had very greasy, dandruff infested hair) , informed me that he was now being a door greeter and that the lazy girl with no customers for the past 20 minutes will now be helping me. I asked her why she did not help sooner and she snootily responded that she was the people greeter previously. When I pointed out that there were no customers to greet she said “do you want to focus on the past or do you want me to help you now.” So I gritted my teeth and did I we looking to buy a new Apple I phone. She did they did not have any in inventory and it would have to be ordered online. So I walked over to T-Mobile and switched accounts and got new iPhone. Goodbye 15 years of terrible Verizon customer service. Nathan… please for Gods sake wash your hair.

I. Am. Livid. Brie (Bree? guessing at spelling)at your store took advantage of my mother's lack of experience and kindness and sold her things she did not need for money she doesn't need to spend. The extra line is going to be cancelled and returned immediately, thanks to direction from a salesman that cares at another Verizon. I am so embarrassed for you. Selling with integrity isn't on your agenda, apparently. Shame on you.

Do yourself a favor and bypass this store. Since switching retailers and transitioning to Verizon we’ve had nothing but issues, starting with this store and their staff. From devices not working to empty promises and receiving unprofessional texts from the staff I can’t express more of how my multiple experiences with this store and their staff have totally disappointed me. Do better Verizon of Mayfield.

Came in with my 85 year old grandmother and was told someone would be with us shortly. It took a full hour for someone to help us. Very annoying but whatever, I get it. We picked out an Alcatel flip phone for her. I was told it wasn't in the store and they would have to order it. The rep left for another 10 minutes then came back and told me it was also out of stock online. There was no backorder or anything, this phone is no longer being sold by Verizon, even though there was a display model. If a phone isn't available in store, and it's not available online, why would you have a display model out??? I can't buy the phone anywhere apparently, take it off the shelves so other people don't have to waste an hour of their lives also. Also, communicate better about wait time and maybe apologize to people that it's taking forever. Being told "we'll be with you shortly" and then waiting an hour is ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars for this location . I would. There is a rude African American girl working there. He attitude is very disturbing not to mention so refused to serve us because it's time for her to go home. She refused to tell us her name as well. The manager Amanda came from the back and was also extra rude. I cannot believe its okay to treat people like this. I would lile to speak to someone higher up

I was in there today with a couple of coworkers getting our company phones. I was being helped by some older lady with silver hair. She did a good job but I’m only here to say that the girl with the black and blonde hair is incredibly cute lol. I felt so stupid that she kept catching me glance at her hahahh If she ever sees this then I apologize for it 😆
