Bruce was an amazing salesperson. He was super duper nice and friendly and helpful and upbeat. He was really good about enforcing the social distancing policies (I kept accidentally walking over the invisible lines LOL) while still being really polite and cool and nice about it. There were up to 4 customers in the store at a time while I was there, and he managed to juggle us all and meet everyone’s needs while being really friendly and helpful and attentive to me and everyone else. He got me the exact phone I was looking for without trying to pressure me into something more expensive, made sure I had all the accessories I needed, and patiently made sure all my files and apps transferred. I almost never leave online reviews, but the quality of customer service I received in this transaction was exceptional and he deserves a glowing review. Would most definitely come here again. Thanks Bruce!!

I lost my phone in the snow and had to get a new one. Bruce helped me out and he made the process super easy. He was really friendly and set everything up without an issue. Plus he was very COVID safe. Wore his mask the whole time, ensured everyone stayed at a safe distance while waiting to be helped, and he consistently sanitized his hands.

I have been to this Verizon location only a couple times, but it is by far my favorite. The employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable! Phones and phone plans stress me out, so I’m always thankful for these folks! They are always honest, clear, and happy to answer my millions of questions. I’ll definitely be frequenting this location in the future :-)

Wow! I had easily of the best customer service experiences of my life here! I had the pleasure of working with Bruce while buying a new phone and he was not only incredibly kind and patient with me, but he greeted and patiently worked with every customer who came in the store. The entire time he kept a big bright smile on his face and skip in his step. People like that are very hard to come by, so If this guy hasn’t gotten a raise you better give him one!

Representative was fantastic. I needed a new phone and Jon Jackson made the process simple and fast. When I walked in close to closing time, there was another customer with a more complex phone problem, and Jon made sure to continue working on her issue while also setting up my new phone. He was incredibly nice as well. Will definitely recommend this store to friends in need of a new phone.

The customer service at this store is fantastic! Jon Jackson went out of his way to help my brother get his phone up and running again. My brother was here from another city for surgery and recovery. Jon was communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough about him! We truly appreciated what he did for us.
