Online service sucks at this location. Why is the item up there and able to be purchased if you are going to turn around in an hour and cancel the order. The most frustrating part is you already charged my card and now I have to wait for the funds to be refunded. Thanks PetSmart!

Please do not shop here, pet smart and petco get their animals from horrible mast breeders full of disease and sickness, and these breeding conditions are even more heart breaking. They keep up to 40 animals in one Kennel or cage. Just imagine how you would feel shoved in a kennel with 40 of your siblings I don’t think you would feel very comfortable. If you purchase from here you are not saving the pet you are investigating in a diseased mess 🙁

Called ahead of time to make sure they carries the prescription food that I was looking for and Terrance was super helpful. Once I arrived, all team members that I interacted with were kind and knowledgeable.

The first time I took my puppy, they did an excellent job! I decided to take my puppy back. First, I had to reschedule my dog’s appointment for grooming due to the store not having any water. When my pup came back from being groomed- he did not look like he was trimmed, his eyes were not cleaned, the chopped his hit around the face, and it looks a mess. He face ( around his mouth) was dirty. My daughter picked him up, otherwise, I would have said something then. I am very disappointed in the outcome if his grooming, and will never be coming back.

PetSmart whether I take my pups to groomer, shopping or boarding them when I go on vacation I Ali feel that they caring and very professional I definitely recommend them to all trust me your pups will be better for it.

I am actually headed to the South Euclid Petsmart right now, on my way home from work. I have several dogs and love to spoil them with treats that I know come from highly reputable companies. The employees are helpful and courteous. I always find what I am looking for.

Like most stores, they can run short of certain items these days, but they have enough variety to meet needs. Checkout line was very long, but additional cashier was quickly added to keep things moving. Many unmasked customers, but staff appeared masked.

The store is very clean and well stocked, but my issue lies with the lack of knowledge the employees have about the husbandry of the animals they're selling. In their tarantula's enclosure, they put a sponge in the water dish which will not only prevent the tarantula from drinking water, but also attract bacteria and mold that could harm the tarantula. When I told one of the employees about my concerns, she stated that it was for the safety of the tarantula and at the time I took what she said as sensible. However, I googled it later on and discovered that tarantulas cannot drown unless they're being forcibly submerged under the water for extended periods of time which they're not in danger of in an enclosure short of a freakish accident. If they don't know something that I learned after just two seconds of research, then it's not a stretch to assume that they don't know about more complex husbandry practices such as cycling a tank for fish, providing a temperature gradient for reptiles, or monitoring and adjusting humidity and shouldn't be advising people on animal care or taking care of animals.

The employees are awesome. They made my new fish tank journey so easy. We lost a few fish along the way but they kept at it until we got it right. They are so knowledgeable and it was nice to receive such great customer service.
