This store needs help. It is NEVER properly stocked, clean or organized. It is chronically understaffed. While the workers that are there are always kind and helpful, you can tell that they're not being supported in a manner that allows them to keep up with the running of the store. The bed/bath department is always a wreck. The home section is barren. Don't even get me started on how disorganized and dangerous the Electronics section is. My father is disabled and uses the motorized cart. He should be able to safely navigate the aisles without being blocked or running into piles of merchandise. When trying to get through the seasonal section, aisles were not accessible and he kept running into displays. COVID and supply chain issues can no longer be used as an excuse for why so many of our stores are falling behind. I don't know if its management or some other mitigating factor, but I can absolutely say that it is not any of the workers on the sales floor. They need help. They need more hands. They definitely need a raise. Hire more people. Offer higher pay rates and better benefits. People DO want to work (so don't give me that tired excuse...), they just refuse to do so without fair compensation. Working in retail is a tough job. One that deserves more than $15/hour. Please do better Target. You have allowed this store to become a miserable place to shop. I have always been a loyal target shopper. I do not want to go to a competitor for multiple reasons and I do not want to have to drive across town to go to another Target location and I shouldn't have to.

I'm visiting from Hawaii and been to different Target in different states. And by far, this is the worst Target I've ever been to. Employees don't greet and say hi or ask if they could help us with anything. The Customer service sucks. The prices on some items were wrong so I went back in and she made me feel like it was wrong for me to get them corrected. I gave it 3 stars for this guy (should have remembered his name!) for helping us with a car seat and even followed up us if we got it when I ran into him again.

Used Target drive up App for first time. Was intuitive and I was to ship for and order the items I wished to purchase. Email purchase confirmation and text follow up was great. Target employee who delivered my purchase to my car was pleasant and courteous. I plan to use this method of shopping at Target cash often as I can.

The grocery area looks ransacked— there was no whole milk.

Really friendly staff. Just a great vibe in the store. The team members were helpful. Thank you to Ariel and Whitney. Really appreciate it!

As a night shift worker, I find using the drive up feature an essential perk for the times when im tired and in need of a few things. I had a great experience with the employee who brought my items out to the car this morning. She was pleasant and I wish I got her name. Unfortunately when I got home I was missing a PS5 game from my order. I called up to the customer service desk and had the opportunity to talk to Alayna. She was a 100% amazing she solved my issue and was so courteous. She went above and beyond to rectify the issue issue and it is very hard these days to find great customer service anywhere. Thank you Alayna!

The University Heights target CONSTANTLY have expired meat stocked. I have bought expired food from here twice due to not checking the expiration date. About 2 months ago I was chosen to do a survey of this target and I did inform the company of this. Unfortunately, I just recently found this old gross looking ground meat on the shelf. I do not buy ANY food from here besides nonperishable items.

Nice store and staff with a broad selection when stocked. Wait can be long when only 3 registers are open. Know what you need before you go to avoid going up and down floors multiple times. Parking garage is falling apart and very decrepit. Could probably rent it out to a movie studio for a zombie movie shoot. Parking available only on first or top floor. ⚠️ Update: removing a star after someone was almost carjacked on the third floor in broad daylight. The place is getting sketchy, and the lack of working cameras on some floors in the garage is also an issue. Overall, quickly falling out of favor.

Whomsoever the store manager is, needs to be fired! This store has went down the hill and crashed! We are in a pandemic, and groceries shelves are EMPTY! Let me say it again, EMPTY! Why do I see other employees playing, laughing around in the clothing department? If anything, the store manager should put 80% employees to the groceries department before, or during early open hours to restock their shelves! People are shopping for FOOD! NOT PILLOWS AND DRESSES!
