My order was made promptly and without issue; however I was very underwhelmed with the appearance of the arrangement. I paid $70 and was expecting something much more full based on my prior experiences with other florists. Definitely will not be returning here.

I placed an order online to be delivered on August 18th for my friend. The flowers were from her boyfriend that is currently out of the country serving in the army. The flowers look nothing like the photos online. I understand they will have substitutions and it is still summer; however, we would have preferred to pick something else since it is not similar at all. Customer service was terrible especially from Bonnie who "made it herself" she disregarded everything and kept throwing in her personal opinion that they were beautiful and fresh. I guess she was offended because we don't like them. The owner Michael also made it sound like they did me a favor because of their website issues the order was placed twice and even mentioned that it is one of their cheaper sets like that mattered. In all with delivery it was $56 when we could have gotten better at Walmart. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great customer service by Flowerville Florist! I live on the west coast and had flowers delivered to a friend. Due to the time difference I wanted to call and make sure they were delivered before the end of the day. The flowers had to be delivered to a security desk so they called to ensure the person received them and made sure to called me back to let me know the delivery was made after the flowers left their driver. My BFF loved them and both her and I had a great experience. Thank you for the great customer service!

Flowerville provided a wide range of options for any setting. I am not the most creative and they were able to put an outstanding bouquet together in no time. We also engaged in great conversation making the experience all the best. Highly recommend for and flower needs.

I took my African Violet there to see if it was healthy and/or needed to be transplanted. I as always was amazed at the knowledge and service Bonnie offers. I have gone there for many years and have always been totally satisfied with the help recieved abd the great selection of plants and flowers offered. 5 stars

Very friendly and helpful. They put together a beautiful bouquet for my fiancé’s birthday for exactly the budget I gave. The flowers have lasted a full week and still look amazing, and will probably last another week. I’ll definitely be back!

I had terrible and very upsetting experience with this place, and mainly due to a worker who should be working behind close doors and never allowed to talk to customers until properly trained. I had to cancel last-minute on a bouquet that I had ordered and even though I wasn't asking to be refunded because I did understand that they are working with flowers and made to order items, which have expiration date, the worker didn't even give me the chance to explain what I wanted to be done or even to offer me a discount on my rescheduled bouquet. He was very rude, pushy and unprofessional. I don't usually do these reviews but I hope in the event someone does come and find them through Google search they'll refrain and go else where. There was absolutely no proper customer service shown.
