This Chipotle is VERY hit and miss with their service and quality of food. It usually misses. The experience we had last night was probably the worst so far. When we walked in it there were two girls running the line. They saw us walk in but let us stand there for a good two minutes before ending their conversation and acknowledging us. I always get three sides of chicken in a burrito. THAT’S IT. So I’ve always been charged for just that. 3 sides of chicken and a tortilla. The chicken was super dry and they charged me for a chicken 3 pointer with two extra sides of chicken making my burrito over $13. I always get a large bad of chips. They charged me for two. My boyfriend got a steak bowl and the girl was just slapping the stuff in there while trying to have a conversation with her co workers. When she was done they literally set our food there and walked away and started talking. No one checked us out until what looked like the boss for the night asked this girl who was limping to ring us out. You could tell she didn’t want to be there at all by her attitude. When the total came out to almost $40 and we have literally never paid that I was extremely confused but honestly the service/attitude was so bad we didn’t even want to bring it up. We just wanted to eat and leave. I got a small drink for myself and always get lemonade. They were out. When I asked the girl about it she said they’re out and have no more to put in there. Future reference you should probably put a sign up because I wouldn’t of wasted almost $3 on a small drink then. I would of got a cup for water. The chips were also stale. So it was just a horrible experience. They have good days, but you’ll most likely catch them on a bad one.

Very strange but they seem to always be trying to get you to leave. They close at 10 but just after 9 the girl at the register comes out and starts stacking chairs on the dirty tables like they are already closed. I think this is an attempt to get people to not come in thinking they are closed. The tables are usually dirty and you have to clean your own. The girl is more worried about stacking chairs on tables than cleanliness. No one is super friendly.

Unfortunately it is hard to get a pick up order right here. Maybe one too many chances given at this point. Check your order before you leave. Label says one thing, made completely different on the inside. Edit: wife made same mistake as I did, 2 hours later. They royally screwed that one up too. Totally not what she ordered. Downgraded to 1 star, would go zero if I could. Never again. Never again.......

I have had ridiculously bad experiences ordering from here lately. Twice in a row we were given orders that were made incorrectly. Once, my wife and i received chicken instead of steak and the other time there was no meat at all on one of the bowls. Also, it took almost 10 minutes at the window for them to find our order that was made incorrectly once and the other time we waited in the drive thru pickup for about the same amount of time while cars in front waited for their food. This location really needs to step it up. I've never had experiences like this with any other chipotle.

This particular chipotle is ripping it's customers off. Charging a buck fifty for a side of sour creme that if put directly on the bowl or burrito would be free. The little plastic side cup is costing a dollar fifty. When I asked the manager about it he just said yeah. So I won't be going back to this chipotle. The other ones in my area are not doing this. If you are dealing with higher input costs there are other fair ways of dealing with it rather gouging your customers in ways you hope they won't notice.

This has been the worst Chipotle I’ve been too. My quesadilla was 8.95, more than a chicken bowl just for a mediocre serving of cheese! I asked to get more and they said that was the portion for a quesadilla. Also my chicken was super burnt. Chipotle was my first job and I’m beyond disappointed on their lack of care for food quality.

Store location is a little tight and can be tricky to manage the parking lot with the grocery store traffic. Food was served quickly and tasted just as good as any other location. I had no problem locating straws, napkins, lids etc..

This establishment isn’t terrible, just sloppy presentation most of the time, but it’s chipotle. No complaints about the staff or cleanliness. Portions are small, unfortunately compared to other chipotle’s. Pictured a chicken bowl.

I just had my first dining experience at this location, and I have to say I was more than impressed! Everywhere I looked, the place was clean, neat, and inviting; from the big picture windows, dining area, food prep and serving stations to the staff themselves! I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, the portions were just the right amount, and the food items were fresh (and the proper temperature!) This is a Chipotle I look forward to returning to, even though there is one closer to me in Springboro; the management team from the Springboro location should take a drive down to Middletown and take some lessons on proper procedures from this restaurant's style, cleanliness and fresh food!
