I was just told they only have one ham.. it’s always something. Charging someone else order to my card . Forgetting orders. It’s been this way for years

It was a drive through. I got french toast meal. Surprisingly it exceeded my expectations. However, they forgot to put any syrup for the toast Food : 4/5 | Service : 3/5 | Atmosphere : 3/5 … More

Fanciest looking burger king but the food was horrible. My top bun was torn in pieces and my onion rings were mushy

I am someone who usually prefers to eat at Burger King when wanting a burger while out but this was terrible. I don't recommend this location to anyone. Had to wait for the food for at least 10 minutes because they said that the fries were being made fresh. When I got the food the fries were anything but fresh. As a matter of fact I think that they reheated an old batch of fries instead of making fresh ones. They were also out of the pop I wanted and the one that I settled for ended up being really watered down. Lastly the burger ended up only being mildly warm so I'm not too sure that it was fresh either. To anyone considering this location move on or go somewhere else and save your money.

Very rude older lady at the drive through window. Super slow wait for the fries after paying for order

Fries were burned and terrible. Original chicken sandwich was dry and slapped together like a 2 year old made it. And there was hardly anyone there. So this was not a product of them being busy. Definitely wasn't worth $5 of the $10 that I wasted on this meal. It was barely edible!

Staff didn't really greet us, they barely said two words to us, my Ch'King sandwich didn't have topping, but the whopper was amazing. It was probably one of the best whoppers I've had.

I respect the fact they stay staffed even though there are plenty of young folks staying home. They always smile and have a polite demeanor. I've had many conversations with their staff and I enjoy stopping there. The food is consistent.

I normally drive to Polaris or Delaware because the food is fresh and service is great. I decided to give the New Albany BK another chance as I live 3 minutes away. Service sucks, food is never fresh. Will continue to drive the extra distance for better food and service. This location needs new ownership.

My wife and I decided to stop by and get lunch. We ordered the #4 meal (Bacon King) small with a Dr. Pepper and a cheese burger. The attendant asked "large?" I corrected to be just a small. Paid at the first window, $10.90, they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no thank you (my mistake). Moved to the next window, and was asked "2 sandwiches?" I said yes. After a minute to minute and a half I received a bag with ONLY 2 sandwiches. I mentioned I should have a meal, but they told me I didn't pay for a meal... I didn't have a receipt to deny the statement. We drove off down the road. Upon opening the bag with sandwiches I found the tag in the sandwich as shown in the pictures. The other sandwich wasn't a cheeseburger either, it was a whopper single. Plus we have no idea what the 'chips' are on the bacon king sandwich. I understand there is a workforce shortage but I can't risk eating there anymore.
